"Ashton," Luke grumbled. Ashton put the car in park and turned to face the blond. "This is a veterinary clinic."

Michael poked his head between the two front seats and squinted at the sign beside the small building. It was indeed a Vet's office. Ashton clears his throat and tapped his fingers on the steering wheel, "I told you I knew a guy that would take care of you and the baby, I didn't say he specialized in prenatal care."

"I'm not a fucking turtle, Ashton!"

"Uh, do turtles actually need to see vets? Is that a thing?"

"Calum, shut up." Michael mumbled, nudging Calum's foot with is own and reaching forward to grab Luke's hand.

"Luke, trust me. This guy knows what he's doing. He's been helping hybrids behind the scenes for years. The vet thing just throws off authorities."

"What if someone's pet actually needs help, though?"

"Calum, I swear to god." Luke groaned. He took a deep breath and released Michael's hand. "Okay let's go in."

The four boys all climbed out of Ashton's car and Luke's hand immediately found Michael's. He took another deep breath and the pair (plus Calum) followed Ashton to the entrance. Luke could feel his stomach begin to churn. What if the baby isn't okay?

Michael could feel Luke's grip on his hand begin to tighten as the got closer to the entrance, when he looked over Luke's eyes were trained on his feet as he walked. He gave the blond's hand a squeeze to get his attention and smiled when their eyes met.

"Everything's gonna be okay." He whispered.

A bell above the door dinged when Ashton pushed it open, alerting the woman at the front desk. She looked up and smiled, obviously recognizing Ashton.

"Hey, Jenna."

"Ashton, it's been a long time." She nodded.

"Yep." He nodded. "I made an appointment under the name Clifford."

Luke mumbled something about that not being his name and Michael snickered.

Her eyes slid down to the chart on her desk and she nodded. "Frank's waiting for you in the back."

"Thanks, c'mon Luke." Ashton nodded towards the white door beside Jenna's desk, motioning for Luke and Michael to follow him. Calum decided to stay back and try to talk up Jenna.

Behind the door was a short hallway that lead to several closed doors and one open door. Ashton assumed the open door was the one they were meant to be in.

Sure enough the black haired man was sitting in a swivel stool, reading over something attached to his clipboard and chewing on the end of his pen. Ashton cleared his throat and the man looked up and grinned.

"Ashton!" He stood up and shook Ashton's hand. "I was so surprised when Jenna said you'd made an appointment. But, who's Clifford?"

"My friend here is." He motioned towards Luke.

Luke cleared his throat and reached forward to shake the doctors' hand. "It's Hemmings, actually. Luke Hemmings. My boyfriend is Clifford. Not Clifford like the fictional character, but Michael Clifford. Sorry I'm rambling, I'm nervous."

The man shook his head with a gentle chuckle. "It's fine, I'm Dr.Iero." He smiled and Luke returned the gesture. "You don't look...hybrid."

"Oh," Luke mumbled. "I'm not, Michael is." Frank nodded but still looked a tad confused. "Okay, I guess Ashton didn't tell you anything."

Luke began to tell his story, mentioning Willow and the facility. Ashton was 100% right about Dr.Iero not judging them. He just stayed quiet and let Luke tell him what happened and what's going on.

Once Luke was finished Frank nodded and made a few notes on his clipboard and instructed Luke to lay on the examination tabled as he wheeled a familiar looking machine around.

Michael moved to stand by Luke's side while Ashton took a seat in the corner and Frank slid on a pair of gloves. "This may be a tad cold, can you pull your shirt up?" Luke's nodded and grabbed his shirt to expose his stomach.

The gel was spread across his stomach and the Dr.Iero grabbed the wand and flipped on the machine. "I'll just look around for a fetus."

After a few seconds he smiled and pointed to something on the screen. "That's it."

Luke and Michael both gasped and Ashton grinned. "Seriously?" Luke mumbled. "There's a baby in there?"

Frank nodded and continued to move the wand around before pausing for a second, his eyebrows furrowing. "Uh,"

"What?" Luke asked, feeling nerves start to kick in. "Is everything okay?"

Frank nodded and cleared his throat. "Yeah, it's just...I see two more babies."
