Your love is like sweet acid,
Strong enough to kill,
But sweet enough to sting.
Like bees,
This acid pops and nuzzles my skin
Leaning in for touch,
The acid starts again
Burn, pop, fizzle,
Crack
In your mouth I scream of rage,
You slam me against the wall,
Strong bones now showing,
Heart beating,
My hand slides slowly to your ear
Where myself whispers,
Sweetly step back
