"Y/N?"

His voice carried out through the long hallway, seeming to find your ears while everyone else took no notice. The familiarity peaked your interest, but you couldn't figure out where the voice had come from. You doubted that anyone of your students would call you by your first name, they used Ms. Y/L/N instead. Your eyes scanned the hallway for a coworker who might have hollered at you, but none of the other teachers were out of their classrooms. Your eyes landed on the tall man who's head was slightly bobbing above the others. You could see a cheeky grin on the man's face as he approached you.

"Hi!" You smiled back politely, "Can I help you?"

You took notice of the nice suit he was wearing and guessed that he might have been a parent, although he seemed pretty young to have a kid in high school.

"Guess you don't remember me then," He laughed lightheartedly. "Dean? Dean Winchester?"

"Oh!" You exclaimed, surprise obvious on your face. "From (University)! I remember!"

Dean looked much older than you remembered. There were crinkles and dark spots under his eyes, and his chin was covered in a bit of scruff. You noted that he still had the same dorky smile.

"Yeah," He replied, "How have you been?"

"I'm just fine, thanks. Can I ask why you're here?"

As if on cue, another man in a suit approached from behind Dean. He was even bigger.

"We're here to investigate a student here. He goes by the name of Randy Hamilton. You know him?" The large man flashed a badge and smiled politely.

"This is my partner, Sam," Dean explained.

"I have Randy for class." You pointed out, motioning to your classroom. It would be much easier to talk away from the noisy students. "What do you need to know?"

The two men followed you inside and questioned you for about an hour. Dean did most of the talking, but he treated it like he was addressing an old friend rather than conducting an investigation. Maybe he remembered things differently than you.

Neither of you wanted to point out the elephant in the room, but you couldn't keep your mind from drifting to the one night stand you had years ago. You remembered waking up alone the next morning and never seeing him again.

"I'm telling you Sam, she's a completely different person!" Dean spoke cheerfully as he walked through the motel door. "It's like I'm meeting her all over again!"

"Okay," Sam rolled his eyes. "Normally I would never want to know what you did with your free time while I was still in high school, but what happened with this girl?"

"It was nothing special," Dean reminisced, sitting on the foot of his bed. "We met at a party and a week later got really drunk at a different party. Next thing I knew I was sneaking out of her dorm room the morning after."

"Well how could she be so much different now? You only knew her for a week."

"I don't know," Dean replied. "There's just something different about her."

The bell rang and your students rushed out into the hallway, ready to leave now that school was done for the day. You were keeping an eye on Randy, making sure that he hadn't done anything weird. Why would the FBI be concerned with an 11th grader anyways?
