Confession

Shine cover her mouth and her eyes starts to water.

"Oh my god!" Shine said in awe and disbelief as Yuzuru is performing a program exclusive only for her.

As Yuzuru's performance is over, he skate to approach Shine and he give her a bouquet of pink and white roses.

"Ha...ha...ha...How.. do.. you like it?" Yuzuru asked —breathless while looking into Shine's eyes.

"Like it?? I LOVE IT... I've never experience this kind of emotions before. Thank you!" Shine answer with so much joy in her heart while she wipes her tears.

"I am happy that you like it, because that program is for you only" Yuzuru said, with a smile while he's still panting from skating. He help Shine wipe the remaining tears in her eyes.

Yuzuru and Shine quietly walking on the open field in the club while he is holding her hand. The field is carpeted with a green grass and the trees are planted in orderly manner.

Yuzuru keep staring at Shine and smile.

"Why?" Shine asked as she become conscious with the way Yuzuru stare at her.

"Nothing, I am just happy that you are here with me now" Yuzuru said and sigh.

"Actually it's like a dream come true for me...after all these years"he gladly added.

"After all these years?" Shine curiously asked.

"I mean after all these time" Yuzuru then correct himself.

Shine stop walking and release her hand from Yuzuru. She looked down as she feel guilty about them, about the fact that they are cheating on Mikka.

"What?" Yuzuru asked, confused by Shine's action.

"What we are doing is wrong! This is wrong!" Shine said out loud and guiltily.

"Huh? What are we doing wrong?" Yuzuru asked her again, frowning as he can't understand Shine.

"Doing this...to... Mikka" Shine hesitantly said in a low voice.

"Mikka?" Yuzuru said with questioning tone.

"Yes! Mikka" Shine answered, firmly.

Yuzuru did not speak and just listen to Shine more.

"We shouldn't be doing this to her" She said to Yuzuru, the guilt feeling is eating her.

Suddenly, Yuzuru laugh.

Shine confusedly looked at Yuzuru —she felt that she had made a huge mistake after seeing him laugh like that. Yuzuru then hold Shine in the shoulders and look her in the eyes.

"Mikka and I, don't have any other kind of relationship aside from friendship"Yuzuru said slowly as he clarify everything to her.

Even though Shine is relieve to hear that Yuzuru is not in a relationship with Mikka, Shine still feel guilty. Guilty of the thought that Mikka might really like Yuzuru. Shine release her shoulders from him and she walk couple of steps pass him.

"But she likes you" Shine said in a low voice.

Yuzuru turn around and looked at Shine's back. He hold her shoulders from behind and he start to talk to Shine about Mikka more clearly.

Yuzuru exhale.

"Shine, Mikka knows from the start that we can't be more than just friends"Yuzuru assured Shine.

"...But she still likes you..." Shine guiltily insist.

Yuzuru turn Shine around and he looked directly in to her eyes.

"Not anymore! I think. Mikka already has a boyfriend"Yuzuru said to her, emphasizing his words.

But Shine can't concentrate clearly to what Yuzuru is saying as she is bashfully facing Yuzuru.

Yuzuru enjoys the looked in Shine's face as he pinned his small eyes onto her. Since Shine feel self-conscious, she decided close her eyes.

"But you are gone for a month with her" Shine hurriedly said as she still feel jealous towards Mikka.

Shine slowly open her eyes and she see Yuzuru smiling at her. Shine can tell from Yuzuru's look, that he is happy to see her jealous.

"No Shine, you're getting this all wrong. Yes! I plan to go to Japan, but that's before Mikka even appear. Mikka is just a coincidence" Yuzuru explain to her and smile.

Shine's look signifies that Yuzuru has made everything clear to her; that there is nothing going on between Mikka and him. But there are things that are still not clear to Shine yet.

"But why did you have to go back to Japan then?" Shine curiously asked.

Yuzuru move back a little away from Shine.

"I was planning the program —you just witness, secretly. I wanted it to be perfect before I present it to you. And I think, the only way for me to do that secretly was to go back home, but I never thought that I will be gone that long"Yuzuru pause.

Shine didn't interrupt Yuzuru as he explain everything to her.

"I tried not to contact you; I even handed my phone to my mama, but it turn out that I already memorize your mobile and your landline number" Yuzuru said and he shyly smile to her.

"Ahhh He's really sweet! That's explain why he call me in my landline phone!" Shine said in her mind.

Shine's face become red as she to listen to Yuzuru.

"Then one day, I choose to just call you thru your landline number. I said to myself that if I call you thru your mobile I will not have self-control; I will want to talk to you for hours, since Skype and viber are free. I am happy to hear your voice again; I am missing you so much. Then I heard your mother greet Allen. And that moment, I want to go back here —in Toronto, immediately; to your side. Luckily, a flight is available" Yuzuru said more.

Shine forehead crease inward.

"Really! Why?" Shine innocently asked.

"Why?..." Yuzuru repeat Shine. He look hesitant to continue.

Yuzuru take a deep breath before he continue.

"...because I am jealous. Jealous, that his making you laugh; jealous that he is seeing and hearing your voice everyday; and lastly, I am just jealous that his with you" Yuzuru said.

Shine don't speak while Yuzuru turn his back from her.

"Then I see everything he had prepared for you. Earlier, Nam even tell me that he bring you to Le Cuisinier. I don't understand it at first but then Nam and Javi explain everything to me; and it made me worry. Worried if what I have done is already enough to make you mine?"Yuzuru finished.

Then, Yuzuru turn around and face Shine again. Shine empathized with him, thats how she felt when Mikka arrived.

Without any words, Yuzuru walk toward Shine and he suddenly hug her. Shine stand dumbfounded as Yuzuru's hug become tighter. Her heart start to beat fast; too fast that she feel her chest might explode.

Shine drop the bouquet she's holding.

Yuzuru then release her from his hug. He cupped Shine's face in place and Yuzuru's face get too close to Shine's. He don't speak and he just look Shine in the eyes. He planted a soft kiss into Shine's forehead. Shine feel the electricity down to her spine. Yuzuru looked into her lips.

"I..LOVE..YOU Shine" he said. Yuzuru closed his eyes and his lips touches hers.

Shine closed her eyes too —feeling the moment, as she can never imagine she would hear those words from him.
