Okay everyone this is it, the last chapter. There will be some emotions not going to say much cuz then I will spoil it but oh well. Also I have a challenge, in a certain point in this book I challenge you guys to not cry or feel sad in anyway, and leave in the comments how you went, note I am very good at making people cry with speeches and stuff like that. I bet a lot of you thought that in the last chapter during Zero's dream he would have confessed to Emma again, but again not gunna happen. (I am an evil person sometimes🎃). Also I might do the main four POV's just to make it interesting. Read on guys.

Zero's POV

I bit my lip and crossed my arms tightly across my chest and tried to block out some of the cold. We had been walking for about 5 hours now, we asked passing cars to take us towards the Red Moon but no one was willing to go near it. So we had stuck to walking, we hadn't bothered with trying to buy horses or something like that because at 2:00 in the morning what shop would be open.

In the distance I saw the red light was getting brighter, and bigger with every step. I looked between everyone, they all had bags under their eyes, their pace was getting slower with every step. Suddenly Sarah crashed to the floor beside Kaname, he quickly knelt on the ground with Sarah resting on his lap. "I think we need to take a break, Sarah can't take it anymore" Kaname said concerned, "dam it" Ethan groaned, "we completely forgot that Sarah has a different endurance level to us because she's human" Ethan said while Aria bent down beside Kaname and felt Sarah's pulse.

"She will be okay, she just needs a few hours rest... but that is something we can't afford" Aria said and without hesitation Kaname picked her up in his arms and joined the rest of us, "let's go then" with that we started back on our mission. We had picked up pace with Sarah no longer walking, I felt bad for her, she really wants Kaname to change her but for some reason he won't. I understand that he wants her to think about it more because it's a one way road, once you're on it there's no turning back, but I really think she's chosen her answer just... Kaname needs time to think about it.

"Ze do you see anything?" Emma asked while shivering violently, I took a sympathetic look at her, I pulled off my jumper and put it around her shoulders and pulled her into the side of me with my arm around her shoulders. "No, but this power that I feel is getting stronger the more we move towards the moon" I stated walking beside Kaname who grinned at me, I punched him lightly, careful not to make him drop Sarah.

"Ze aren't you cold?" Emma looked up me, I smirk and simply stated "I don't get cold much, but you however, look like you are about to freeze into a human shaped ice sculpture. We can't have that now can we? She looked back down to the ground, "right... so how much longer Aria?" she asked, changing the subject.

"Well, going by what Zero said, it sounds like we are close. Not much longer now" she said while keeping up with Ethan and looking forward. I thought back to that dream I had, I couldn't stop thinking about it, I looked down towards Emma, what happens if I do end up in that position? What if I do give my life to save her? Would she ever be the same? I thought. Emma noticed I was looking at her and looked back up at me, a smile on her face.

"What's up Ze?" she asked curious, I was snapped out of my thoughts and questions and quickly answered Emma's question "nothing" she continued to look at me and stared deep into my eyes "rubbish Zero, I know that look. What happened?" she interrogated me, I sighed.

"Zero please, tell me" she pleaded, "the other night I had a dream where we found the Crystal but Ryan was there. Kayleen found it and he held her as a hostage so I would help him with the Crystal because he knows I would do anything for her" I paused preparing myself to tell her the next bit. "He said he would let her go if... if I surrendered my life and I did exactly that, I let him kill me to save her" I whispered the last part in hopes she wouldn't hear but by her face and the tears that threatened to fall she had heard me.
