The Co-Worker

I was so nervous to enter the house, how was I gonna explain that I was smacked by some douche, had a break down and then was comforted and brought to bed by Zayn. James was gonna freak and probably never let me near him again, just when I was about to give him a chance.

I sat in my car for a couple of moments trying to go over in my head every possibility that could happen when I walked through the doors. I swear to god I was gonna kill Liam, why couldn't he just keep his mouth shut !?!?! I slowly unbuckled my seat belt and opened the door taking my time to get all my school bags out of my car, I made it up the walk way and slowly unlocked the door but James practically attacked me

"Maggie !!! Mags !!! How could you not tell me !!!?!?!?!? You were abused by some twat, and you tried to hide it from me?? How do you think I feel finding out from Liam!?! Plus that bastered Niall leaving you alone while you cried yourself to sleep, Im gonna kill him !!!" It took me some time to realize what James said, did he not know that Zayn came? I guess Liam left that part out...

"Look I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to be worried, I was fine after, I just got a little upset, and Niall didn't leave me alone !!! He calmed me down and then when I was calm he left so don't get mad at him"

"Look that's not the point, what I'm upset about is that you kept this from me. We are suppose to tell each other everything Maggie and truly it hurts my feelings that you wouldn't tell me one of the biggest things to ever happen to you!!! Did you not think I would of been able to protect you ??" James' voice suddenly got low and I could tell he was upset

I walked into the kitchen to find Liam standing in the corner and he shot me a faint smile but I didn't return one plus James was closely behind.

"Don't even say that James !!! I know you can protect me !!! You would give your life for me, but I just thought if I tolled you, you would never let me out if your sight again. I need my freedom"

James processed the information for a bit and I could tell he calmed down slightly. All three of us stood in the kitchen in silence but James finally spoke, but not with the news I thought it would be .

"Look I will trust you, I just don't trust every other boy in the world!!! I am having the boys over again tonight plus a work friend so I'm going to the store, and there's not enough food in the house to feed even Niall and I don't want to have to put you in the trolley" he shot a smile "so you can stay here with Liam, I'll be back soon don't leave the house" I was kind of relieved how he handled it but I didn't want to be left alone with Liam .... He was a pain

"Liam don't let her out of your sight" he spoke with all seriousness

Liam just nodded his head and then he was gone, then it was silent.

I was about to leave the room when I heard a faint voice

"Your sorry Liam?? Your sorry ??? Why would you tell him?? I thought I could trust you !!!" I was furious

"Look, it was absolutely killing me inside that I wasn't able to tell him what happen to his baby sister, if that happened to my sister I would want to know !!! Please don't be mad, I was doing it for your own good!! Plus I didn't tell him about Zayn!! Do I get any points for that ??" He faintly smiled

"I understand that Liam but it wasn't your problem to tell!! I would have tolled him one day ..... Maybe, and next time talk to me if it was bothering you please!! Also why didn't you tell him about zayn ??"

"I see the way he looks at you, and I know James would try to keep you guys apart. That would hurt more then keeping this secret" his puppy dog eyes were hard to stay mad at
