Chapter 25

Cheryl’s POV

‘What the hell are we doing here?’
I turn around to face a grinning Kimberley, who clearly hoped to see my confused reaction as she spreads her arms wide.
‘We’re going shopping babe.’ She cheers.
Frowning suspiciously, I look across the parking lot at the various buildings in front of me.
She’s got to be kidding me.
‘Well, let me guess…’ I sigh, not really feeling like any of this if I’m honest.
‘Come on, come on, we don’t have all day now.’
Cursing myself for my stupid decision earlier I follow her into the first building, rolling my eyes as Kimberley immediately shrieks loudly and spurs off to a big brown sofa.
I watch her sit down triumphantly, crossing her legs with a big smile.
‘Come try it out.’ She pats the fabric excitedly.
I should’ve just kept her in the bedroom, now look where it got me…

An hour later and I’m feeling very suicidal.
Kimberley has been running around the shop like a squirrel on speed, occasionally checking if I’m still inside the building.
Not hesitating to throw all kinds of items my way, some of them making me cringe.
‘Kimba… It’s f*cking yellow.’  I shake my head in disbelief at the most horrendous lamp I’ve possible ever seen.
Sighing loudly she takes a hold of the light switch. ‘Yeah, but see how nicely it glows.’
When she frantically starts to switch between on and off I lose my cool.
‘Ok, ok…for f*cks sake, I see.’ Cursing I take the lamp away from her. ‘You don’t have to blind me.’
Pulling a face she suddenly seems to realise something.
‘Oh, I saw this amazing chair babe… It’s totally today’s pick. Come, come.’
I follow her fake crying as she pulls me through the entire store until we reach the chair section for the third time already.

Tapping her chin Kimberley takes a step away from the big white round thing, only to raise her eyebrows at me.
‘Well?’ She tries.
‘What?’ I shrug.
She drops her hands in despair. ‘Do you like it?’
‘It’s very white.’ I respond, pointing out my problem with the thing.
Kimberley eyes widen as she covers her mouth. ‘Nooo, really?’
When she starts to examine the thing over-dramatically, getting a few weird stares from other customers, I actually chuckle a bit.
‘I mean it’s not practical babe. It will get spots all over.’
‘But it’s so pretty.’ She moans, hugging the chair.
‘Well if you want it that bad…’ I shrug, reaching for the price tag. ‘Motherf*cker, is it made out of unicorn or something?’
‘It’s designer Chez.’ Kimberley sighs, stroking the thing once more. ‘But if you’re such a scrooge we’re probably in the wrong store.’
Shaking her head she points towards the exit. ‘I was fed up with this one anyways, let’s go to the next.’
Oh god, not another one…

Wait…
‘Why the hell should I pay for it?’ I wonder out loud, catching up with her.
‘Because we’re buying it for you.’ Kimberley replies casually as we exit the store.
I actually stop dead in my tracks at her words.
‘What?’ I raise my voice, not believing this.
Kimberley turns around and walks back, stopping in front of me with a big frown.
‘Yeah, we’re finally re-decorating your place.’ She shrugs, as oblivious as can be. ‘What did you think we were doing?’
Laughing sarcastically I throw my hands up in the air.
‘I don’t know… were you actually planning on telling me this sometime soon?’
‘I thought you got that.’ Kimberley replies, peaking at the people walking passed us. ‘You don’t have to make such a scene about it.’
Squinting my eyes at that last remark I take a deep breath.
‘Well what if I don’t want you to?’ I snap, even though I tried to remain calm.
‘Don’t you?’ Kimberley snaps back.
‘NO!’ I shout. ‘All you do is throw stupid, useless stuff my way. I don’t want a white chair or a yellow lamp that’s brighter than the f*cking sun itself.’
Clearly offended, Kimberley crosses her arms. ‘Well go on then… Go pick something that suits that depressing dungeon of yours.’
‘I should just put you in it then…’ I mumble, turning my head away.
‘What did you say….?’
Clearing my throat I continue to avoid her now p!ssed off stare. ‘Nothing…’
‘That’s it…’ Kimberley rages. ‘Here are the damn keys, go wait in the f*cking car if you’re going to act like a five year old.’
Barely catching her keys I watch her storm off towards the next store.
‘Where are you going?’ I yell frustrated.
She snaps around, raising her finger with a vile look on her face.
‘I’m going to buy some beautiful, stylish paint for my new room at Nicola’s. Because I’m moving in with her and if you’ve got a problem with that you can go f*ck yourself.’

To say that our little drive was uncomfortable would be the understatement of this century, even from the backseat.
I should’ve just left her there instead of waiting in the car for thirty minutes. Let her walk that arrogant ass of hers home.
So when we finally reached our destination I didn’t even bother to help her unload the cans and bring them over to Nicola’s place.
No, I just marched straight to my apartment, closing the front door with a bang.
That woman with her crazy lamps and chairs…not even bothering to tell me that we were shopping for my place.
I don’t even want her too, it’s my apartment not hers.
And then bossing me around as well, I should just march over to Nic’s right now and tell her how things work in my book…
Sighing I take out my phone, dialling Sarah’s number, hoping she knows what to do.
‘Sarah.’ I immediately start as soon as the call connects. ‘She’s driving me mad, I’m telling you she wanted to buy me ugly furniture, we got into a fight and apparently she’s moving in with Nicola.’
Narrowing my eyes I think back at the whole experience I just had.
‘She’s treating me like a child whilst she’s next doors thinking she knows everything. So arrogant you know… Ugh, and to think that she actually woke me up for this whole disaster.’
Running a hand through my hair I tilt my head back.
‘I just… I need to be clear you know. I’ve never done this relationship thing before and I know it’s supposed to be about compromise… But I just need to set some boundaries. She can’t just take over my life with her crazy ideas.’

Breathing out loudly I turn my head, almost dropping the phone in shock when I hear a loud knock on my front window.
‘I see, w-….’ Sarah starts, only to be cut off when I quickly end the call, reluctantly moving over to the front door to open it.
I connect my eyes with her, as she’s just standing there a bit with an unreadable expression on her face.
‘Well, aren’t you going to say something?’ I speak arrogantly, crossing my arms and leaning against the doorframe.
‘Would it make a difference?’ Kimberley snaps. ‘God, you’re stubborn.’
I pull a face, indicating that it’s not really a fair thing coming from her but she doesn’t seem to give in…proving my point exactly.
‘Just move so I can come in.’
Without really waiting she gives me a little push, closing the door behind us.

As Kimberley continues her way into my living room I start to feel more nervous than frustrated to be honest.
I’ve never been one to sit down and talk through issues. But I guess that’s all a part of being together.
‘So…’ I start, a bit annoyed at the way that came out.
‘Yes Cheryl?’ Kimberley suddenly turns around, her hands resting on her hips.
While she looks at me with anticipation I think of something to say…but everything is a bit blurry at the moment.
‘Well, you say something…why should I go first?’ Cursing myself for saying that I sigh deeply. I’m terrible at this, just….terrible.
But instead of the angry reaction I was expecting, Kimberley walks towards me, a weird smirk on her face.
‘Oh, I’ll say something.’
I take a step back when she comes closer, a bit confused by her current behaviour.
‘You are, by far….the most annoying person to go shopping with.’
She takes another step towards me.
‘You are not only stubborn, you’re just unreasonable.’
Not agreeing I open my mouth to object but I’m unable to when Kimberley suddenly moves her hand behind my neck, only to stop me from stepping back again when she kisses me hard.

As I feel her puffy lips move along mine, the thoughts run through my mind. What the…?
‘Hmm’ Kimberley breaks away for a moment. ‘What else…Oh yeah.’
Pushing me against my wall she moves in for my neck.
‘You’re also extremely impatient.’
I close my eyes as her lips trail the sensitive skin.
‘….and rude.’
The change in her tone of voice makes me shiver and I move my hands through her hair, not even paying that much attention to what she’s saying anymore.
But when she pins me tighter against the wall with her body, she moves her mouth right next to my ear.
‘Enough said?’
I can hear the enjoyment coming from the way she utters them.
Oh, she must be loving the state of me right now. Pinned against a wall, breaking a sweat about words to match hers yet failing to find them.
‘Well…’ I breath out, swallowing when I can feel her tongue press against my skin. ‘Y-you….ehm…’
I try to focus but her mouth now closing around my earlobe is really complicating things to say the least.
‘You are…You’re way to bossy.’
When I finally find the words, Kimberley immediately stops teasing me. Instead she moves her head slowly back, a baffled but cheeky expression on her face.
‘Really?....Do you think I’m bossy?’ She speaks slowly.
I watch her eyes travel down my body, the smirk on her face driving me mad.
‘And you don’t like that?’ She continues, her eyes finding mine again.
I bite down on my bottom lip, not really sure on how to answer that question.
‘You know what I think?’ Kimberley chuckles whilst grabbing the bottom of my shirt.
‘I think you don’t like it because no one ever told you what to do before….’
She pulls the piece of fabric over my head, throwing it on a random spot on the floor.
‘But when I do it….you’ll want to be listening.’
Now trying to hide her smirk she takes a hold of my chin with one hand, bringing her face very close to mine.
‘So, do you want to give that a try?’
I’m not even trying to match her anymore. All I can do is lean against the wall for some support and stare up into those powerful eyes of her.
Challenging me, almost begging me to give her my approval, a nod…anything.
And who am I kidding, she can do whatever she want with me.

‘Yes.’ It leaves my mouth with a rush, surprising even myself as it shows the extend of my anticipation.
The images of possible scenarios are crossing my mind rapidly. I’ve never witnessed her looking at me like that.
There’s something dark about it, something unknown and it’s turning me on beyond words.
When Kimberley then takes a step back and starts to unbutton her blouse I swallow away some of the nerves.
Nerves that are soon replaced with other emotions as she addresses me, a piercing look in her eyes.
‘Take of your jeans for me?’
I actually look at her for a moment, hesitating as my hands rest against the cold stone behind me.
But when she raises her eyebrow I quickly follow her request and remove the fabric from my body.
‘Good.’ She smiles. ‘Now the  bra, but leave on the panties.’
Taking that off as well I rest back against the wall again. Scanning her as she moves towards me, my eyes resting on her now bare breasts as they slightly move along with the rest of her body.

When Kimberley stops in front of me to kiss me hard, my hands travel to her jeans. But just as I manage to unzip it she suddenly grips both my wrist.
Our eyes connect long enough for me to notice an exited twinkle in hers before I feel myself being moved towards my sofa, ending up in a seated position…
With my chest now rising and falling at a rapid speed I feel Kimberley move between my legs, the rough fabric of her jeans scraping the bare flesh of my tights.
‘Oh god…’ I whisper when her hand travels up the length of my torso, my shivering resulting in a satisfied respond from Kimberley who now focusses on my neck.
With every wave of her warm tongue against my already heated flesh, my eyebrows narrow further, the urge to be touched elsewhere growing stronger.
I open my mouth, only able to utter the beginning of a plea before she already shushes me with her lips briefly.

Moving away from the sofa a grinning Kimberley rests both hands on the top of her jeans, teasing me as she slowly moves them in.
I breath out shakily, trying to at least keep somewhat of a posture as she turns around, granting me the image of denim slowly being pushed downwards, revealing her amazing ass.
‘Like what you see?’
She shoots a seductive glance over her shoulder, never hesitating as she chooses to move back next to me.
‘Come here.’
Her hands slide down my last piece of clothing as she pulls me half on top of her.
‘Grind against my thigh.’
Hearing Kimberley utter the words in her deep voice make me snap out of my daze.
And quickly moving I let out a soft moan when I press down, a relieving sensation running through me as I finally find some pressure for my throbbing clit.
My hands get lost in her blonde hairs as I press further into her, my breathing becoming more erratic with every movement.
Already softly whimpering, Kimberley dedicates herself to suck on every piece of flesh she can get at, before noticing me speeding up.

‘Woah, slow down.’ She chuckles, gently pushing me of her.
‘But…’ I sigh frustrated, realising how close to an orgasm I actually was.
Getting up from the sofa Kimberley signals me to shush. ‘Patience babe, now get on your knees.’
Immediately doing so I turn around, leaning my arms on the back of my sofa…my body for her to use as she pleases.
Again chuckling a bit Kimberley places both her hands on my bum, thoroughly kneading the flesh as I try to watch her every move over my shoulder.
‘F*ck…’ My body instantly reacts when she spreads my lips with both thumbs.
Now burying my head in my arms I wait for her next move, praying she won't take too long.
‘God, you’re soaking wet…’ Kimberley chuckles, withdrawing her thumbs.
I nod, knowing it’s all her. Hell, I never expected this from her…but I love it.
I screw my eyes shut when I feel her move again, a feeling of pure relief washing over me as she finally penetrates me with her fingers.
Whimpering I express my gratitude and I happily start to move back and forth, eager to take in everything she gives me.
Shooting a quick glance back I watch her f*ck me, a concentrated look on her face.
But as she notices me staring she stops her movements….
‘Hmmm, let’s see…’ Kimberley starts, digging the nails of her free hand into my thigh. ‘Why don’t you help a little?’
The cheeky look on her face makes me smirk, and as I turn back to rest my head on one arm again  I move the other one downwards.
With Kimberley’s fingers now moving in and out of me more roughly my body starts to jerk.
Panting and moaning heavily I stroke my clit in the same pace, all of it building up to the promise of a glorious ending.
‘Oh god…’ It’s the last thing I can utter before only gasps and moans escape my mouth.
My body shaking as I struggle through my orgasm.

‘Are you alright?’
I watch a chuckling Kimberley crash down on the sofa, her hand reaching out for me.
‘Hmm-mm.’
Still trying to catch my breath I crawl on top of her, searching for something to hold against my tired body.
‘Aw, you’re all sweaty.’
Kimberley continues to find it all very amusing as she takes me in her arms, planting a kiss on the top of my head.
Enjoying her warmth against me I close my eyes, smirking because of the whole experience I’ve just been through.
‘You really are bossy…’ I breath out contently, earning a laugh from Kimberley who’s still stroking my back.
‘Yeah I know… And you’re right by the way. I didn’t want to impose anything with decorating your apartment. Just thought it’d be a nice change, you know…because of what you told me and all.’
Listening to her soft words I sigh deeply, knowing that I didn’t behave very well either.
After all she had the best intentions, it was just an unfortunate way of presenting it to me.
‘I’m sorry too, for saying you suite my depressing dungeon well.’
It takes a moment before she starts laughing, me joining her soon..
‘I bet you’re not that sorry.’ She laughs, moving my hair to one side.
‘…not really.’ I cheekily whisper, moving my head up to place my lips on hers. ‘I believe I haven’t paid of my debt though?’
Gently pushing me up Kimberley pulls a serious face. ‘Oh, I realize you haven't…’

An hour later and I’m spread across Nicola’s sofa, my mouth stuffed with a sandwich that Kimberley made me before we went next doors.
Hungrily chewing it away I watch her and Nic discuss her newly bought paint colours.
Not really paying any attention, since I’m still working through the images of my bossy girlfriend begging me for more in the showers.
Yeah I believe I gave her a run for her money.
‘Oh, I’m so happy you’ll be moving in soon Kim.’
Nicola cheers as she sits down next to me. ‘I told you Chez would love it.’
I narrow my eyes in amusement when Kimberley quickly turns her back to us, trying to hide her enormous smirk.
‘So are you guys excited about tomorrow night?’ Nic wonders, frowning when I look at her a bit confused.
‘Tomorrow night…Chez, it’s Davy’s birthday party.’
‘Yeah, we’re excited.’ Kimberley saves me. ‘What did you buy him Nic?’
As they continue their conversation on what they bought the guy, I finish my sandwich with mixed thoughts.
Nothing wrong with him, but I don’t know… I’m still a bit apprehensive around him since he cornered me at the Club.
But he’s one of Kimba’s best friends so I’ll join them.
At least one thing is clear, apparently we are now being invited as a couple...
