*Luke's POV*
Weeks passed since we returned from Los Angeles. My album was going to be sold in physical format in a few months, and Hollywood Life was my top track, making it to the top 30 on Itunes.
In April 23rd, I turned 15 years old. Literally, one of the best birthdays ever.
I woke up that morning, and Mom, Dad and Riley were waiting for me with my new present. A new acoustic guitar. Such a present, I know.
That day, I went with Riley to school, and everyone that passed next to us wished me a happy birthday.
When I got to my locker, I didn't see Julie, Piper, Hayes, or Brandon, which was weird, because they always waited for me before entering class.
I opened my locker, and the first thing I saw was a new hockey shirt hanging on the inside. A note was taped on it.
Happy Birthday, Luke! We love you!

I smiled. I put the shirt away and got my books out. On one of the books, there was a post it note stuck on the cover that said Happy Birthday! But it didn't say who was it from, so I simply slammed my locker closed and went to class.
When I entered the first class, I was shocked.
All of my friends were there with confetti blasters.
'SURPRISE!HAPPY BIRTHDAY!'- They all screamed. I thanked all of them, and then Julie came to the front. I wrapped my arms around her.
'I have a present for you'-She said.-'It's nothing very special, and Im very sorry, I just didn't know....'
'Julie'- I interrupted her.-'Whatever it is, it will be perfect.Because you gave it to me'- I said, and all of our friends cooed with awws and all that kind of stuff. Julie pulled a box from behind her with my name on it.
'Open it'-She said. I slowly opened the box, and gasped at its content.
A pair of Professional, Diamond Edition hockey skates.
Those skates were extremely expensive.
'Julie,these...'-I managed to say before I pulled the girl into my arms and twirled her around. She rested her head on my shoulder.
'There's more'-She said. She lifted one of the skates and showed me the back. LukeLB was embroidered in each of them. As well as engraved in the blades.
'You're amazing, princess'- I said, pulling her for a kiss. She kissed back.
Then I hugged her.
'Thank you'- I said.
'You deserve it. For being the best boyfriend ever'- She answered. Soon, we pulled apart and she left space for Brandon,Faith,Piper and Hayes to come to the front.
'Happy Birthday, Bro!'-Hayes screamed.
'We got the money the four of us to buy you this'- Brandon said, and pulled a matching hockey stick from behind him. I couldn't believe it. I had the best friends.
'How...why...huh?'- I stuttered.
'It's for being the amazing friend you are'- Hayes said. I pulled them all for a group hug.
'Please, it's not done yet'- Piper said. They sat me in a table.
'Ladies and Gentleman, in honour of Luke's birthday, we have Julie Hyland, performing Story Of My Life!'- Faith said, impersonating a presentator. Julie sat on a table a few desks back, and some of my friends who knew how to play the guitar started strumming them.
