26- Summer's Not Hot Without You

A few months passed by, and summer was hitting Yale University. Days lasted longer, music festivals started, and the students at Yale got two months of vacation. 

*Amy's POV*

I was walking out of class with Eden, when Hope suddenly jumped on Eden's back. 

'Who's ready for the best summer ever!?'- She asked. It was the  last day of class in Yale University, and Cara, Hope, Caleb, Dylan, Chris, Eden, Brennan, Ali, Sophia and Cher were going to Ultra Music Festival in Miami Beach. We had to drive like 7 hours to get there, so we were going by plane. We were leaving the day after the classes finished. 

'Ultra, who would've believed it'- I said, as we entered the last class in our schedule. 

'Hello, students, so, as today it's the last day of classes, we are not going to do anything. So you can leave and enjoy your summer!'- The teacher screamed. We all cheered and threw our hands up in the air. The girls and I ran out of class and went to Eden's dorm to get our suitcases packed. I already had all my things at Eden's, as we had an awesome sleepover the night before. Hope connected her phone to Eden's Beats Pill, and, in a matter of seconds, 'Levels' was blasting out of it. When we finished packing, we took everything to my room and we waited for the others. Soon, Cher appeared through the door. 

'Ladies... who is ready for ULTRAAA!!!'- She screamed. We squealed with her and got out of the room with our suitcases. The boys were already waiting for us in the parking lot. We drove to the airport and left the cars there. We hopped out, suitcases in hand. 

Inside the airport, of course, the first thing we did was go through check-in, and security checks, you know, all that crazy stuff. Then, it was time to board our plane.

'Southwest Airlines flight 417 to Miami is now boarding'- The announcer said. All of us jumped up and made our way to the gate. There, we handed the lady our boarding passes, and we got into the plane. I sat next to Caleb, on the window seat. 

'This, is gonna be the best summer ever'- Caleb said. 

'Yeah, it will'

'But you know why?'- He asked. 

'Why?'

'Because you are with me'- He told me. 

'Aww, Caleb that's so sweet of you!'- I said smiling. - 'First year at university is over, I can't believe it.'

'Yeah, and, in two more years, we will be graduating.'- He said. Then, the plane took off. I closed my eyes and imagined what it would be like when Caleb and I graduated. I imagined the whole ceremony. And, soon, I fell asleep. 

'Amy, girl, wake up! we're here!'- I heard Eden's voice calling me. I opened my eyes and looked at the blonde girl next to me. Wasn't Caleb next to me? And then I saw Caleb, who presumably had switched seats with Eden, and now was talking with Brennan. 

'Amy, we're landing in a few minutes'- She said. I shot my eyes open now. 

'We're almost here!'- I said. Eden smiled at me. Then, we just talked until we got out of the plane. 

We went to fetch our luggage, and then made our way out of the airport, and to the car rental. We had rented two convertible cars, because... why not? It's summer after all! In one car, it was Caleb, Me, Cher, Dylan and Ali. In the other one it was Eden, Brennan, Sophia, Hope, Chris, and Cara. Caleb and Dylan were driving. 

'Okay, follow me!'- Dylan screamed from the other window. We turned the music up loudly and made our way through the sparkling street of Miami to our hotel. 

As I was the one in charge of the hotel rooms, we ended up dividing them like this:

So, we went into our hotel rooms, which were communicated, and, soon after, all of us were out of our rooms, ready for the pool for the remaining of the day. The next day, ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL.
