56- Surprises and Surprised

*Julie's POV*

So, I had my surprise for Luke. I had a basket full of Disney movies, popcorn,blankets,hot chocolate, and candy just for the two of us. In my pocket, a CD format of his full album I asked Ross Healey secretly for was lying.
I went all happy dappy over to Luke's. Riley opened the door.
'H.Hi Ju.Ju.Lie!'- She said rather nervously.
'Hey, Riley. Are you alright? Is Luke at home?'
'Yes! Im alright! Luke is in his room'-She said. She closed the door behind me and I started my way up the stairs. Riley looked at me from the bottom. It was strange.
I opened the door.
And I was...
Heartbroken.

Just in front of me, on the bed, was Luke, lying down, and he was on a full make out session with Madilyn.
My things fell to the floor, as well as my jaw.
Luke and Madilyn looked up. Luke pushed Madilyn aside with full anger drawn across his face. I, with tears flowing from my eyes, interrupted him before he could speak:
'You know what? Save it. I thought this was real, and I never thought of you as a f*ckboy. But I guess I wasn't enough for you. Here, enjoy your f*cking CD I, me, myself, asked Healey for with this bimbo blondie. We're done.'- I said, and ran out the door. Before opening the door, I turned to Riley, who was looking at me with little tears.
'I love you, Riley. But your brother broke my heart'- I said, and ran to my house.

*Luke's POV*

As I was about to run after Julie, the only one I loved, Madilyn pulled my hand. I pulled my hand off.
'No! CAN'T YOU SEE YOU JUST RUINED MY WHOLE LIFE?!'- I screamed. She looked at me. I didn't kiss Madilyn. She did. I was asleep, as I had just taken an anaesthesic medicine.  I woke up to kisses, and then I saw Madilyn on top of me kissing me. I tried to pull her off, but neither the effects of the medicine or her let me do it. That's when Julie entered the room, and saw everything. But I would never, ever, cheat on Julie. Because I loved her.
'Madilyn, get out before I kill you PLEASE.'- I said in my calmest tone. She left. I looked at my phone and grabbed my jacket. As I was about to leave, I noticed something on the floor. A basket, full of Disney movies, popcorn, candy and hot chocolate was lying on the floor next to a blanket with a cd on it. I lifted up the cd and it was blank, with Julie's handwriting, that said: "New Routes". LukeLB and Julie Hyland.
What have I gotten myself into.
I ran out the door and ran to Julie's house. Her mother opened the door. She just looked at me and said
'She's in the dance room'.
I ran down the stairs and stopped. I could hear her tap shoes. I stood there watching, and she didn't notice. Cups, and cups, and cups of coffee were lying on the floor, and as she tapped she let all the tears flow down her face. So this was her way to get rid of sadness. Dancing.
I began to get worried when the sixth song came on. She didn't seem to stop. She danced twenty, thirty songs. Tap, ballet, lyrical, jazz, musical comedy, everything you could think of. I went out there when she fell. I tried to pick her up and she pulled away from me. But I got a hold on her waist tighther.
'JULIE STOP DANCING!'
'NO! LET ME DANCE!'- She cried. I let go of her. And grabbed her phone and her stereo.
'Put them down.'- She said in tears.I didn't
'PUT THEM DOWN!'- She screamed.
'No until you let me explain'
'THERE'S NOTHING TO EXPLAIN! YOU BROKE MY HEART!'- She said, and started running for the stereo. She managed to turn it on again and began turning.I grabbed her by the waist again and picked her up. She cried and screamed.
'LET ME DANCE! IT'S ALL I HAVE LEFT!'-She screamed. I put her down next to the floor, making sure she couldn't escape. I pulled her pointe shoes off and her feet were swollen, violet, and puffed. There were bleeding blisters and bruises. She tried to escape. I pinned her down to the floor, with care, of course, and hovered over her. She didn't look at me.
'Julie, look at me'- I said. She had no other choice than looking at me.
'She kissed me'
'How?! And why on earth didn't you pull away!'-She cried. I sat next to her and she sat up.
'I was sleeping, because I was on anaesthesics! And I didn't have the foce to pull her away! I didn't kiss back!'
'And why were you on anaesthesics?'- She asked seriously. I looked down at the floor and moved away from her.
'Luke. Answer.'
'I.c.can't tell you.'
'Because you don't trust me?!'
'Because nobody knows!'- I screamed. I pulled my legs to my face. She scooted over next to me.
'Tell me.'- She said. I looked at her.
'I... Have dyslexia. And I had growing problems. Physical, and mental. I was a miracle baby. I shouldn't be here.'- I said.
'And... Why didn't you tell me?'- She asked, softly this time. She looked surprised.
'Because nobody knows. Just my parents, Riley, and Hayes. And some of our teachers. I can't read, and that's why I always ask you for help. Not because im dumb, because I can't.'- I explained.-'I didn't kiss her. She did. If you don't want to believe me, okay. Don't. But just know that I love you with all my heart and even more, more than any girl or person standing in this world. And yes, Im sure the worst boyfriend, the miracle baby growing problems boyfriend. But... I was afraid you would not love me for that'
'Luke...I believe you. And I still love you, just the way you are. With, without problems, I will always love you.'- She said. I looked at her. I lifted her chin with my index finger.
'So... Will you take me back?'- I whispered.
'I would take you back millions of times'- She said, before I crashed my lips onto hers. She kissed me back, and I was glad to call her mine again.
We crashed into the sofa in the room, and I held onto her tiny waist while she played with my hair. I sat her on my lap and kissed her again. We pulled apart.
'I love you'- She said.
'I love you too.'- I said, before kissing her again.
I guess everything went back to normal.
