******NAOMI'S POV * * * * *

"What?!!!",I literally shouted in Mrs. Dante's office when she told me what those drugs were after she run some test on them.
"Lower your voice Naomi. Now you see why I didn't want to tell you what they were?", Mrs.Dante warned calmly pulling a seat for me to sit down.
"This is unbelievable. Who would go through this much trouble to purchase this kind of poison for a sick man whose only problem is ordering people around?", I asked trying my best to shift the eerie feeling that it might actually be Sonia, but will she really do this.
"Someone who knew exactly what he or she was buying. This drug slows down the flow of blood in the body and like a rain drought it dries out the blood from the body which is hard to detect because is slow but deadly to whoever takes it. If is mused with actual drugs, it overpowers that drug which slowly depreciates the heard from the inside. The local pharmacies has a name for it, the slow poison. God be my witness I have never prescribed such drugs to your dad. They are even hard to come by except if the local pharmacies have restrict orders on whom to give them to because they also act as antidepressants when missed with the right prescription by a doctor, also judging from what you told me about your dad's attack, I don't think he has a lot of them in his body", Mrs.Dante explained assuringly.
I was shocked and angry at the same time. Sonia wouldn't go this far, noo, no way, or would she?. I didn't have the guts to tell my family what these drugs were so I decided to out off telling them for a while. I decided to call Ana to change the password of the cooler where the medications were every three days switching between her future children's names and then my father's favourite writers. "Thanks a lot Mrs.Dante. Another favour, can you not tell my family about this for now if they ask, I want my father to recover first".
"Yeah honey, I can do that", she said sweetly to me. I called Ana ad soon as I exited her office and told her what to do which she complied without questions. I was almost out of the hospital when my phone started buzzing. Strange. The number didn't look familiar, but I picked up anyway,"Hello?".
"Hey Naomi, is Jazzy. Remember you promised me weekly visits?",
I heard Jazzy's voice at the end of the line. I smiled with a sigh,"Hey angel, I'm really sorry but I do have the afternoon off today so how about a lunch date on the beach? ", I had no idea where that idea came from or why I would want to do that at this moment.
"Yayyyyyyy.....I can't wait. Can I invite some friends, I want them to see my doctor. I told them you are very pretty", Jazzy said with excitement.
"Yes Jazzy, that's okay", I smiled and walked over to my car.
"Mommy will send you the address. Thanks Naomi, see you in ten", and the line went off.
I got a notification and it was from Jazzy's mother with a smiley emoji and the address below it. She also sent a "Don't worry, they will let you in as soon as they spot you" and a heart emoji. I replied with a thumbs up and a smiley. I wanted to call Julia to come with me but I know she will freak out or get too excited. I sent her a text but she hadn't replied yet so I took the chance to call her instead.
"Hi girlfriend. Where are you?", she sounded excited as usual.
"I'm just leaving the hospital. Do you want to go to the beach?", I asked without a second thought.
"Hmm, that wasn't what I expected. Why, that's unlike you. A beach, in a week day, what have they done to you my love", I giggled and shook my head.
"You coming or not, because I already sent you the address. Bring me some fresh change of clothes and some sunscreen please. Thank you, I love you". I said quickly and dropped the call before she could say no.
I got in my car, set the gps to the location I was sent and headed off humming to a new song I found that morning.
