*******NAOMI'S POV****

You know that feeling when you think okay all good and then all of a sudden there is this big thump of blow stuck in your throat but the words are forming, they just aren't coming out. A new group of men looking rusty and very intimidating carefully distracted the dance floor gaining some stares. Devon held my hand tightly into his following the other guys from the vip section earlier. I glanced around the crowded room and i felt a strong shiver down my body and that was the most uncomfort i have felt my whole life. I pulled Devon back taking him by surprise, he stopped and turned to me with a worried look.

''Where are we going..... i really don't feel good about whatever it is this is about. Who are these people and why are you even following these people?'', he glanced around and noticed the other group surround the whole dance floor. He didn't seem as worried as i was and that was not what i expected. He turned around to me and smirked.

''Let's me just get you out of here. You need to go home right about now''.

''Are you deaf or something.......because i am sure i was very clear when i said i came here for you so we are leaving this dump together''.

''Do you think i wanted you here?. I didn't ask you to look for me, and i am a grown ass man Naomi, if i want to drink or smoke, i shouldn't have to ask for your permission. You shouldn't even be here right now, and yet here you are, same old ''what i want'' Naomi. You really should have left with that douche'', He was trying to tick me off so i will get upset and then leave, but i already knew this line and as much as that bothered me, i didn't let him see it get to me.

''If you are done, can we go now please'', i started to feel a little tensed up when people started bumping into each other like they needed more space. Devon held my hand tighter and pulled me closer to follow him but he stopped suddenly when someone fired a gun making everyone jumpy and scared they started running around in panic. Devon pulled me in and covered my body with his body like a shield. I freaked out and he noticed i was starting to shake.

''Oh crap, are you okay?'', He seemed more relaxed than i expected. I just thought to myself as to what the heavens is wrong with this guy. Was it that he is used to gunshots or he just happens to have different sides to being an assholian, if that is even a word. He got up with those people he was with earlier to check who fired the gun after almost everyone in the club had disappeared except for the red eyed gun holders having a stare down with Devon and his people.

One weird petite looking guy infront of Devon moved forward and held up both his hands. The other weird looking old man pulled out a gun and gestured towards the petite guy to come closer.

''You dirty assholes sure know how to kill a party'', the petite guy chuckled sarcastically.

''Your people took something from a friend of mine and i am here to collect'', The weird looking old man snorted, putting back his gun.

''Well Quan, no need for a bloodbath. Your men already shot up the other club and they injured one of my cousins, even beat him up. He is in the hospital fighting for his life right now'', the weird looking guy narrated sadly but tried to keep his composure even with the anger in his voice.

I felt Devon tense up and clench his fist together in anger when he heard who it was that shot and beat up Bulldog. I looked up at him with worried eyes, shook my head sideways in disagreement to whatever he thought to do, and held his arm tighter than before. It didn't seem to work much longer when he pulled his arm out defensively but gently not to hurt me and headed towards the two men with all their men standing around them.

''You have some nerve Quan, showing your old ass around here after what your people did to Bulldog'', Devon was captivating. How he does it, i will never know but i guess that was just the feelings talking. He was so masculine, with his hands calmly placed in his pockets and his shirt a little loose around the neck.
