*****NAOMI'S POV * * *

* * * * *
I guess Julia and Ella weren't crazy afterall but what do I care, is not like I was also an obnoxious fan as well.So I ignored him when I went to Jazzy's room, big deal. I didn't plan to shake his hand, big deal. I still did anyway. Besides I had a tangible reason why I had checked on Jazzy who was now my new bestfriend which will probably get Julia pumped up even if she was just a child. I was almost out of the room when I heard her brother's conversation with his friend which pissed me off a little bit. He was full of himself too, wow, what a package under that killer smell cologne. I smiled one of my professional smiles which always caused jitters and restlessness in samantha's brain at him and asked about his parents next visit in order to sign Jazzy out. Then he went all serious and casual on me which took me off guard since I was expecting a farce two of little boy reaction. He looked serious, astute and his muscles relaxed a bit deviantly when he slid his hands in his pocket. He looked so beautiful even with the stern look and it almost felt like he was a business tycoon and not an artist. I snapped out quickly to hear him clearly. His reply was normal but not to my satisfaction so I gave him a piece of the petty doctor's jab reflex and walked away smiling at everyone except him. His face was priceless but I was satisfied I made him notice not every girl on this planet was crazy. In fact, I was very normal.

I met Mrs.Dante on the secomd floor and I beamed up with a smile. She had gone away to take care of a family emergency the past few days. She looked so cheerful and happy to see me too and that was understandable since we hadn't seen eachother for days now. I had also not been seeing Samantha around and I could've swore she as avoiding me for some reason.

"My girl, I missed you", she announced peacefully in my ears when I hugged her.

"Me too Mrs.Dante, how was the trip?", I asked concerned.

"Very productive. And how was your little adventure here?, I heard about you saving a little girl's life who was diagnosed of Junior's, you know", she didn't wanna say illness like the rest of the doctors put it which I was grateful for because it gets me over the edge.

"Honestly, God did most of the saving, I was just being used. It looks like no one realises that", I said calmly.

"Well looks like God doesn't have issues with you like you thought because you are all over the news. Also heard about the little girl being a big time celebrity's family", I raised in eyebrows in confusion.

"What do you mean I'm all over the news, I specifically told Jazzy's parents to withhold my name for a while. I didn't want the drama and attention", I said horrified. Why would they do that?.

"I don't think it was them honey. I think it was the hospital. Looks like they enjoy the attention more than you do. They even let a couple of reporters in to have interviews with interested heads", she said concerned. Of all people, she was one of the few who gets me.

I couldn't believe they didn't even ask for my permission first. This wasn't some wholesale factory for Christ sake, did no one have respect for that,"I'm gonna talk to doctor Silas, this is not what I signed up for. I know the amount of handshakes and glares I'm gonna live with but not this one. My father will go nuts about his daughter saving another child's life and leaving her brother to die. My family may not say it to my face, but their actions sometimes speaks for itself".

"Naomi, I know what you are thinking, but is your choice. Nobody can force you to have an interview you don't wanna get involved with much less the hospital. Don't worry child, it will all pass. Oh and I already saw Julia, what have you been feeding her?", I laughed which satisfied her enough, "Is soo good to see you again", she hugged me again and went back to her floor to check on her patients.

I didn't bother going to the first floor because everything happeneing there was already showing all over the televisions in the hospital. I went to my office only to find Julia, Lisa and Ella crunching on popcorn infront of my tv. I rolled my eyes with a heavy sigh and went to my seat. God, I needed a break. I caught a glimpse of Samantha on tv being interviewed. Looks like it wasn't just me who sat upright to listen to her bluff.

"So you know about this doctor Naomi who saved Jazzy's life?", the interviewer asked her.

"Of course I do, we work in the same hospital. She is not that friendly though. She is a little stuck up and very nosy. Quite incompetent most times and I don't think it was actually her who saved that little girl's life, I mean come on, that kind of surgery is a risk even she wouldn't dare go near because of what happened to her brother", Samantha said without any trace of sympathy or care in her voice. How can she be so bitter. That was a private information she was addressing like that.

"Is she crazy or something, what the hell is she doing bringing Junior's name into this?", Lisa shouted.

"So what happened to her brother and why do you think she wasn't the one who saved Jazzy? ", the interviewer pressed on more since she was getting a cover story with details. I was so angry I almost crashed a water bottle in my hand. She had no right.

"Well is kind of a boring story. Is not that interesting to talk about. I mean, her little brother sees something masty and all of a sudden he is paralized and can't even talk. What kind of b.s is that right. Everyone dies and there she is all wrapped up in circles for attention, that's shady right", Samantha replied. I got up angrily from my seat and pounced on the door only for Julia to step in front of me stopping me in my tracks .

"Let me handle this Naomi, you don't wanna be me right now", and with that, julia left to the first floor where the interview was going on in a hurry.
