Chapter 18

Hey guys sorry it's taking me so long to update, but school has started back up and I've had crap loads of homework. It's annoying. My teachers are like "here's 20 assignments all due next class. Enjoy!" Ughhh school! And also I have bad writers block sooooooo... Yeah. Anyway here's chapter 18.

Kayla's POV

"Ahhhhh!" I screamed as I walked out of the bathroom and Suzan jumped out of nowhere. I looked at her and saw her gasping for air cause she was laughing so hard I started laughing with her. After our little laughing fit we walked down to the basement where Jackie and Christina were sitting on the floor painting their nails. "I'm excited for tomorrow night!" Suzan said opening a can of soda. "Me too. I'm so ready to dance and let lose." Jackie said waving her hand around to dry her nails. I nodded in agreement and grabbed my laptop off the coffee table and started scrolling through Twitter. "Oooo! Let's watch a scary movie!" Suzan blurted out while looking through her movie cases. "Erm why? None of us like scary movies." I stared looking at her in confusion. "I just want to be scared. Please we used to watch them in middle school. Remember" she said looking at Christina, Jackie, and I. "She's got a point. I'm in." Christina said going to sit next to Suzan and the movie cases. "Me too I could use a scare." Jackie said and they all looked at me expectantly. "Fine" I said and they all smiled.

We ended up watching MaMa, The Poltergeist, and Sinister. "God I hate scary movies." I said getting up from our pile on the floor where we were all cuddled up watching the movies. Christina laughed "I knew you would say that. But you gotta admit there not as bad as they used to be." I shrugged "What time is it?" Jackie yawned I shrugged pulling out my phone from my hoodie pocket. "Damn; it's 3am." I said making Christina groan. "We should go to bed we have a long day tomorrow." I said grabbing a pillow a placing it on one of the air mattresses we have set up. Jackie nodded and set up her and Suzan's air mattress considering Suzan passed out during the last movie. We all said good night and went to bed.

The next day we woke up at 9:30 and we all got dressed. "You girls want Starbucks before I take you to the spa?" Suzan's sister asked from upstairs. Suzan said yes and we all headed to her sisters four door jeep. "How are you guys gonna do your hair?" Jackie asked as she drank her coffee. "I'm just gonna curl my hair and braid my bangs and pin them back." Christina said. " I'm just gonna put it in a bun" said Suzan. "I'm just gonna straighten it" said Jackie then they all looker at me. "I don't know I might just curl it." They nodded and we headed out of Starbucks and to the spa that was right next door.

After the spa we went back to Suzan house to get ready. "It's 6:30 now girls. Hurry up if you plane on eating before the dance." Suzan's mom yelled down to us. "Where do we want to eat?" Suzan asked us putting in her last shoe. "Panera!" We all said in sync. We all loved Panera and went the every half day and whenever Jacob would take us with him for off campus lunch. She nodded and grabbed her clutch. We were ready and about to leave when we heard Jackie curs. We all looked at her "I don't have my student ID." "It's okay Godderz is working the ticket stand. He know you so it'll be fine, or you can sigh in as a student from another school." I said and continued walking up the stairs with the rest of them following.

After we ate we headed to the school. "Jackie! Hurry up; its cold!" We yelled as Jackie took her sweet time getting out of the car. She rolled her eyes and caught up to us. We payed for our tickets and entered the crazy dance.
