Lucy’s POV
I opened woke up to someone coughing. I looked up to see Ash,Lenaand Ty.
I looked to my left and saw that my head was on Chris’s shoulder. I got up as fast as a I could.
“We have to move fast they must be on our trail by now”, I said
“Who’s the boy?”, asked Ash
“He was a servant, but he helped me escape”, I said
Ash sat right in front of Chris (who was surprisingly still asleep) He grabbed something out of his pocket, it was the same powder that Hallie threw at me! Before I knew it Ash threw it at Chris.
“Why did you do that?!”, I screamed at Ash
“He can’t know where The Academy is”, said Ash coolly
“oh”, I said
We got in a carriage, and we headed towards the academy. We were literally at the doorstep of the academy when Chris woke up.
“Where am I?”, asked Chris
“It’s nothing to worry about at this moment”, I said
We walked in the school, it was just as I left it.
“Go to the front office with Ty, this is going to be your new school”, said Ash
“Wait What?!”, yelled Chris as Ty was pulling him away.
“I guess I’m going to go now”, I said
“Wait ill go with you to your room”, saidLena
Lenaand I walked to my room and sat down on my bed.
“We have a very big problem!” , saidLenabreaking the silence
“What?”, I asked
“Next week is the Dance!”, yelledLena
“No that’s not possible…how long was I gone?”, I asked
“17 days”, saidLena
“How is that possible!”, I yelled
“I swear I was there for only a couple of days!” I sat there dumbfounded, how long was I truly asleep.
“Any way you don’t have a dress or anything!!!”, exclaimedLena
“Yea and I don’t have a date either!”, I said
“That’s only a minor detail, tomorrow we go shopping for a dress!” saidLena
“Wait!”, I said ,but it was to lateLenawas already out if the room.
Oh well I cant help it then, I thought
It was only about 6pm,so I was going to take a stroll around the VSC garden. I walked and let the cool breeze ruffle my hair. I looked at the black roses that were in the garden. They always fascinated me. They were beautiful and yet dangerous. Just like me…and my sister. I wonder how she got that scar across her face. The breeze swept in a new scent, I tensed. After everything I had been through I knew that I had to be careful. I breathed in the scent and noticed it was Ash. I relaxed and heard his footsteps behind me. I turned and saw him. No matter how many times I saw him he always took my breath away.
