I woke up and got dressed. For some reason I just didn’t feel like getting up. I felt sluggish.I looked at my watch and I knew I was going to be late if I didn’t hurry.I got my uniform on and left I didn’t even eat. I got to class literally two seconds before the bell rang.
“Ok class like I promised you will have the whole hour to finish the assignment today” my teacher said
I got to work and nothing really exciting happened for the next couple of periods.

I was getting my lunch which consisted of peanut butter and jelly sandwich my tomato juice and an apple. I got my tray and headed to the VSC headquarters dreading that awkward silence there was going to be because of our new “member”
“Hey Luna” I heard Jinx behind me
Crap I thought in my head
I slowed down so Jinx could catch up with me.
“Umm hey” I said slightly awkwardly
“Look I know we got off on the wrong foot,but I really want to make things up to you” Jinx said with a sincere look on her face.
I couldn’t help it she looked like she was genuinely sorry.
“Ok” I said sweetly
“How about 2 days from now we go drink some coffee at the VSC garden?”Jinx said with a sweet smile.
Does she really feel bad? I thoughtIllgive it a shot I guess.
“Yea ill take you up on that offer” I said
We walked down to the VSC headquarters to eat our lunch
“Hey Lucy” Ash said with a million dollar smile.
“Hey!” I said I sat next to him and planted a great big kiss on his cheek.
He blushed a little. God he was cute when he blushed.
He put his arm around me while we both ate. It felt safe in his arm like if he was protecting me from all the evils there was. I dropped my napkin under the table and reached down to get it,but instead I sawLenaand Ty holding hands under the table. They were so cute. Im going to have to have a serious talk with Lena for not telling me anything and that talk was long overdue.I finished my lunch and didn’t even get any time to chill! School annoys me sometimes.I grabbed my bag and rushed to my class. It seemed like lately I wasn’t getting anywhere on time. I ran and got to my seat. While I was there I checked my phone and noticed I had a text message.
“Hey,I want to talk to you tomorrow after lunch”-Ash
I gulped that phrase sounded a lot like “We need to talk” It sounded a lot like the type of phrase a guy uses to brake up with a girl.
“Great” I muttered to myself
Why does he have to tell me tomorrow why not tell me today? This was going to be a long afternoon.

I got to the training ground saw Jinx just standing there while Lenaand Ty shot some arrows.
“Uh hey” I said to jinx with a slightly awkward tone
“Hey I was waiting for you so we could do some friendly hand to hand combat” she said emphasizing the “Friendly”.I looked around to find my usual combat partner,but he was nowhere in the VSC training grounds.
“umm where’s Ash?” I asked while looking around to see if I could find him.
“Oh he’s at a meeting with the principal” Jinx said with a small smile.
“Oh well yea then let’s train!” I said with fake enthusiasm
Thankfully we only did very simple moves, because if we had done anything more than my “predator” instinct would have come out. I felt really tired for some reason even though we were only doing so blocks and lunges.
“You know what im going to take a break,im really tired”I muttered and sat at a bench. I looked at my watch and checked it. Only 10 more minutes until we can leave. I sat there and watchedLenaand Ty shoot arrows.They were both so peaceful like there was nothing else in the world to do but shoot arrows at targets. I noticedLenalowered her bow.
“How about we wrap things up early for today?” Lean said while smiling at me
“I agree!” I said as I stood up faster than a bullet.
“Ok then lets go”Lenasaid with a smile on her face. Just when she was about to leave I grabbed her wrist.
“We need to talk about you and Ty and why you have not told me anything about you two.” I said while smirking
“Hehe sorry about that”Lenasaid while looking redder.
I grabbed her hand and took her to my room where no one will interrupt us while I “interrogate” her. I sat down on my bed whileLenasat on one of the chairs there was.
“Ok so start from the beginning” I said while crossing my arms and looking at her straight in the eye not letting her focus her attention on anything else.
“Well I’ve liked him for a while now, but I always thought it was a one-sided love,but apparently it wasn’t because he asked me out to the dance” she said while catching her breath
I was at the edge of my bed listening attentively.
“Go on” I said edging her to keep talking
“and well about 1 day ago we started going out officially”Lenasaid with a new shade of red building up in her cheeks
“I knew it!” I said while jumping up and down like a child.
“So what has been going on with you and Ash I heard you two were officially going out!” she said making me blush
“Well it’s true,but he sent me a text that is making me worry” I said while taking my phone out to show her the text.
She looked at the text.
“Oh Lucy! You shouldn’t worry about that!”Lenasaid with an encouraging smile
“I guess your right” I said with a small smile hoping it was all true.
Lenaleft my room and I sat there and sulked. What was I going to do!? Am I over-reacting? Ughhh! I yelled into my pillow. I rolled over and looked at my roof. I closed my eyes and hoped that dreams would find me soon. Sadly that backfired me because nightmares found me instead.
