A/N: Smile! Because it's Friday! :)
Lexi...
"Taya, your as-" I started to say ass when I suddenly remembered that Aydin was sitting in the backseat.
I covered my mouth and giggled. "Taya, you owe me $20. I want it the next time I see you."
We'd just come from a doctor's appointment and recently found out that I was having a girl.
"It's a little girl?" She squealed. "Bitch I am so happy for you!
"Don't be trying to avoid the question." I laughed. "Tay better have my money." I sang in the tune of Rihanna's Bitch Better Have My Money.
"Yeah, yeah. I'll just give you a $20 gift for the baby." She teased.
"That could work too." I agreed.
I looked up to see that Fetty pulled up front of a local baby store that I'd told him I wanted to visit since we knew what our baby was going to be now.
"A baby store?" Aydin said in a questioning voice, holding my hand and looking up at me.
"Mhmm. Did you forgot mommy was having a baby?" I laughed while rubbing my pudgy stomach.
Fetty held the door open for the two of us to walk in and then we instantly began looking at stuff.
"Get the baby this! I want my brother to be like me." Aydin smiled. He was pointing at a spider man bib.
I had to admit- it was pretty darn cute.
"That's cute, baby." I replied and grabbed the bib to examine it closer. "But," I frowned. "The baby's a girl. You're going to have a little sister."
He scrunched his face up, looking so much like his daddy. "A girl?"
I slightly giggled and moved over to some baby bottles. "Yes sir. A girl." I teasingly stuck my tongue out at him.
He stuck his tongue out at me and continued to walk beside me. Once I approached some breast pumps, I turned to Aydin. "Baby, why don't you go over there with daddy?" I suggested as I pointed at Fetty who was messing with some baby toys.
Aydin shrugged and went over to be with his daddy.
I motioned to Fetty that I was going to look at some baby clothes by myself for a minute. He gave me a nod of assurance, so I went on my way.
"This is so adorable!" I quietly squealed to myself, taking the little onesie from its spot on a shelf. I unfolded it to read:
Sorry boys, daddy says no dating until I'm 40!
I lightly laughed to myself before throwing it over my arm because I planned on getting it.
"Oh my god, Lexi?" A feminine voice called out. "How have you been?"
I quickly looked up to see Jasmine. She stood in front of me, leaning up against a shelf with her hand on her hip.
The thing that pissed me off was that she had the hugest, friendliest smile on her face.
I scoffed and shook my head, turning away from her.
She grabbed my shoulder causing me to shrug her hand off of me and open my mouth to speak.
"Hey, I just wanted to say congratulations. Is the father-"
"Fetty? Yes. He's the father of my baby and yes, we're back together. Goodbye." I flipped my hair over my shoulder and continued to look through the baby shirts.
"Oh, how's Will? You know, with his newfound fame and all." She asked, obviously trying to carry out a conversation with me that I honestly did not want to be apart of.
"Bitc-" I stopped myself and cleared my throat. "Jasmine," I corrected myself. "It's Fetty to you. And he's well, making himself a decent living and enjoying himself while doing so." I grabbed a shirt with cute little daisies all over it. "Have a nice life, I guess." I mumbled and swiftly walked off.
"I was wondering if you would-"
I quickly turned around to face Jasmine- once again. "Look, I do not like you. I hate to be rude, but you're a home-wrecking whore that needs to just leave me the hell alone. I do not want to be your friend, I don't wanna hang out with you, and I damn sure don't want to be carrying on a conversation with you." I motioned in between us. "Why are you here anyways?" I found myself yelling, getting frustrated with her finding me.
"I uh," She nervously looked around before she sighed. "I work here. Do you need any help?" She reached to touch my belly.
I slapped her hand away. "Help from you, I'm okay." I scoffed. "And that's karma, just saying. Have a nice life, I guess."
I quickly turned around and ended up bumping into someone. I looked up to see Fetty and Aydin standing there in front of me. "Oh, hey babe. Let's go." I grabbed his hand and began walking away from Jasmine, leaving her standing there dumbfounded.
"Was that Jasmine?" He asked with a smirk as we approached the cash register.
"Why? Was she cuter than me?" I anxiously asked. "Tell the truth." I demanded.
"Lexi, I wasn't 'bout to say that." He laughed and glanced down at Aydin. "You go off on ha' ass?" He whispered to me.
"Will," I laughed. "I kept it classy." I flipped my hair over my shoulder. "Some what. She had the nerve to try and rekindle a friendship. Stupid a-" I covered my mouth. "Silly girl." I shook my head.
