Lexi...
"Eat eat." I called out to Eliza as I walked up to her high chair with some baby food.
She flashed a smile and began to hit on her high chair.
I grabbed a stool and pulled it up to her. "Mmm, let's find out if you like carrots." I giggled while I opened up the jar of baby food.
I put a little bit of food on a spoon before I put it in her mouth.
She spit out the food instantly.
"ZaZa," I whined and cleaned up her face. "It's good. Let's try this one more time." I put the spoon in her mouth again and of course, she spit it out.
"ZaZa." I cleaned her face again.
"She'on like it?" Fetty laughed as he entered the kitchen.
"Not at all." I responded. "I wonder how bad it tastes." I thought out loud.
He grabbed a bottle of water. "Try it." He laughed.
"Mkay." I shrugged and put some baby food into my mouth.
As soon as the food hit my taste buds, I jumped up to get it out of my mouth. "Man, do they test taste they food before they put it out in the stores?" I laughed.
Fetty was already warming up a bottle for the baby. He came over to me, handing his bottle of water before he took Eliza out of her high chair.
"Okay, now can we please talk about the wedding? I've been trying to get some time with you to talk about this for the longest." I sighed.
He looked down at Eliza. "Aight. Start the conversation." He walked into the living room with me following behind him.
I sat on the couch next to him. "When do you want to get married?" I simply asked. "I have everything else together but the invitations. So..." I awkwardly looked at him.
"I thought I said you plan everything and all I got to do is show up?" He asked with some humor in his voice.
"Shut up, Will. This is serious." I whined and hit his shoulder. I looked down at Eliza who was falling asleep. I giggled and wiped her mouth with her bib. "She's outta' there."
"Imma take her upstairs and put her in her crib. Then we can try and set a date for the wedding." Fetty informed me before he went upstairs.
When he came back downstairs I pulled up the calendar on my phone. "Okay, so we're in June- June 17th to be exact. What about...." I trailed off to find the perfect date. "August 27th? It falls on a Saturday and it won't be too hot outside."
"Outside?" He scrunched up his face.
I put laid my head on his shoulder. "Did I or did I not tell you that I prefer a wedding outdoors? I think I did tell you."
"Oh yeah, you did." He snapped his fingers. "It was a while back too."
"No shit, Sherlock." I stale faced him. "But does that sound like a good date to you?"
"Is it a good date for you?"
I shrugged and smiled. "It's perfect."
"Well then. We gettin' married August 27th."
I began to squeal. "Oh my god, baby I can't wait." I jumped in Fetty's lap, wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him several times before getting off of him. "I'm so excited." I happily sighed.
......
"What?" August answered his phone.
