Same style as before just so you know
Luke
"Do you remember the taste of my lips that night I stole a bit of my mother's perfume? Cause I remember when my father put his fist through the wall that separated the dining room"
Her fingers lightly traced the muscles in his back as they lay together on the lone mattress in his dingy apartment. Greenday was lowly playing in the background, the grungy feel to the music echoing throughout the small space. His eyes fluttered shut at her affection, turning his head in her direction. She smiled at the tattooed and pierced boy spread across the mattress in front of her, pressing her lips lovingly against his neck making a low hum come out of his throat.
He opened his eyes and flipped them over, hovering above her slight frame as he admired her. His eyes landed on the fresh tattoo he had drawn on his lovers arm, the skin still red after the needle. He pressed gentle kisses along her jawline while her fingers traced the ink along his arms, his lip ring cold against her bruised mouth. He pulled back and leaned his forehead against hers, looking worryingly at her bruises.
"I don't like what he did to you," he had said, the worry seeping through his tone. Of course he didn't, it was his job to dislike anything that harmed his beloved girl. She sighed, running her fingers through his tangled hair, looking at him pitifully. For there was nothing she could do about the situation, and she knew it was eating away at him slowly.
"I have to go," she said, closing her tear filled eyes as he buried his face into her neck, whispering quietly to her that she shouldn't go back to him. They both knew she had no choice however, as much as her heart craved to stay in his apartment, his gentle touches carrying her away from reality - her mind knew she had to go back to her parents empty house, where her fathers brutal hits sent her crashing down from the high Luke always brought.
And so she left, she left him with his head I between his hands and his mind counting down the seconds until she could move in with him. But, that day never came for the pair. For when she reached her house, she'd stopped calling it a home years ago after she realised that Luke was her home, her father was there waiting - belt in hand. The cops came knocking at about 1:00am after neighbours had called in about screams that could be heard from two streets over. When her father answered the door, his hands covered in a sticky red liquid, he brushed off their queries easily claiming that everything was fine. Of course, when the cops entered the cold house all they saw was a hole in the wall where someone had clearly punched through it and a young girl's lifeless body covered in her blood - the name Luke tattooed in a heart prominent on her arm.
Michael:
"Late December with my heart in my chest and the clouds of my breath didn't know where we were running to"
His icy cold fingers entwined with hers as he pulled her along the pavement throwing a look over his shoulder to make sure she was still okay. The pair laughed as they stumbled along the cracked concrete, running to somewhere, anywhere apart from their houses. Illuminated in the street lamps, they crash into each other as he stops suddenly, turning around to face her. His fingers lightly traced her jaw, moving down to her neck where just the tip of his finger runs along the bruises and bites he'd left on her delicate skin. Smirking slightly to himself, he looks back up to her and crashes his lips against hers - her hands coming around his neck as his go around her waist. They soon pull away from their passionate kiss in the middle of the street. Their lips were swollen as their heavy breaths made coulda in the bitter night air. He pulls her jacket around her tighter, always making sure she's okay before himself.
"Let's go," he says cheekily, before grasping her hand again and running down the middle of the road. They soon reach a chain linked fence. He just stares up at it, while she let's go of his hand and starts climbing up the fence, her boots using the gaps in the fence as footholds. He laughs at her and begins climbing up after her, their laughs interrupting the twilight silence that loom around them.
They sit at the top, his arm wrapped protectively around her shoulder as they stare out to the lit up city ahead of them. While usually in their position, other people would enjoy the view, these two just stare out to the urban jungle, both of them staring in disgust.
"It's so empty, devoid of life and emotions," she says, looking to him with sadness in her eyes. He reciprocates the emotion, looking back out to the city.
"I can't stand this place," he says, "we have to get out." He looks at her as she nods, crouching on the top of the fence. Soon she's balancing on the fence, quickly pulling him up with her. His eyes widen in alarm, looking around him with worry. She gently tilts his head up to look at her, whispering soothing words until his body relaxes a bit.
"What now?" He asks her as she stares at the ground. She looks at him with the same look he gets given from his weed smoking best friend - destructive. She grabs his hand, pulling him close so that the word around them is tuned out.
"Do you trust me?" She asks, her voice not much more then a whisper. He nods, she loos away for a moment back quickly looks back to him.
"We jump," she says, throwing herself off the side of the fence, pulling him with her. Of course the drop was too far for anyone to land while jumping, and they both knew that. So you would think tang he would be mad at her for dragging him down with her, but he wasn't - in fact he was relieved. It was just the escape he wanted.
