"Right then, Rose Tyler, you tell me. Where do you want to go? Backwards or forwards in time. It's your choice. What's it going to be?" I laughed, circling the console, pressing buttons and pulling a lever here and there. "Hmm? Forwards." She answered. "How far?" The Doctor grinned madly. "100 years." She said, still not believing we could take her there. "There you go! Step outside its the twenty second century!" I laughed, holding onto the cool metal railing. Rose's face light up in astonishment as she looked at the doors. "That's a bit boring, though. Do you want to go further?" The Doctor smirked, making me gasp. "I love the 22nd century! Visited a few times before... Anyway! The cinnamon chips are amazing!" Rose stared at me quizzically, and I shrugged. "Your kidding." She stated. "Oh no! Now, forwards?" I changed the subject.
"Fine by me." The Doctor smiled at us and the two of us put the Tardis into flight. "Ten thousand years in the future. Step outside, it's the year 12005, the new Roman Empire." The Doctor announced. "You think your so impressive." "I am impressive." The Doctor faked hurt, clutching his chest. "You wish!" I snickered. "Right then, you both asked for it. I know exactly where to go. Hold on!" The Tardis cooked through the vortex and the beautiful sound of us landing filled my ears. "Where are we? What's out there?" Rose questioned excitement clear in her voice.
The Doctor's POV
----------------------Rose and Rebel hung onto the railing as I flew the Tardis towards our destination. "I laughed as the Tardis shook wildly, throwing us around. The Tardis landed and Rose rushed to the doors, throwing get them open. She disappeared from my view and I gazed at Rebel, who was breathing heavily on the floor. Her long brown hair sprawled around her head as she laid on her back, staring at the ceiling. "Hey." She breathed, turning her head to look at me.
"Hey, come on! Can't miss this!" I smiled a real smile for the first time in awhile. I grabbed her soft hand in mine and we exited the Tardis. As we did this, Rose was descending down a small flight of steps as a large shutter in the giant wall opened to reveal The Earth. "You lot, you spend all your time thinking about dying, like you're going to get killed by eggs or beef or global warming or asteroids. But you never take time to imagine the impossible, that maybe you survive. This is the year five point five slash apple slash twenty six. Five billion years in your future, and this is the day-"I paused, looking down at a wristwatch that was clasped to my wrist. "Hold on..." The hands moved and the sun started to flare. "This is the day the Sun expands. Welcome to the end of the world." The Rebel whispered.
The Rebel's POV
---------------------
An electronic voice spoke over an intercom as the three of us walked down a corridor on the spaceship.
"So, when it says guests, does that mean people?" Rose inquired, her eyes full of wonder and amazement. "Depends on what you mean by people.." I smirked. "I mean people. What do you mean?" She asked. "Aliens." The Doctor finished for next "What are they doing on board this spaceship? What's it all for?" I snorted a bit, and tried to cover it up by pretending to cough. "It's not really a spaceship, more like an observation deck. The great and the good are gathering to watch the planet burn." I sighed. The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and pointed it at a wall panel. "What for?" Rose asked again. "Fun." I grimaced.
