A/N: Pic of the Jagrafess
3rd Person POV
"I told you it was painless. No scarring, you see? Perfect success." The nurse smiled at a groggy Adam.
"How do I activate it?" Adam asked. "It's a personal choice. Some people whistle. I know one man who triggers it with O, Danny Boy. But you're set on default for now. That's a click of the fingers." She said happily.
"So you mean, I just-"
"Click."---
"Come on. Come with us." The Rebel offered to Cathica."No way." She shook her head, hair flying. "Bye!" The Doctor waved and he proceeded to close the doors. "Well, don't mention my name. When you get in trouble, just don't involve me." Cathica walked off as the lift doors slammed shut.
"That's her gone. Adam's given up. Looks like it's just us three." The Doctor said to the girls.
"Yeah." Rose replied.
"Good." The Rebel nodded.
----
Adam clicked his fingers and the portal in his forehead opened to reveal his brain. He clicked it shut again. "Oh, my God. I'm going to be sick." He leaned forward and hurled. He pulled a pale ice cube from his mouth and looked at it in his hand. "Special offer. We installed the vomitomatic at the same time. Nano-termites have been placed in the lining of your throat. In the event of sickness, they freeze the waste." The nurse explained.---
"The walls are not made of gold. You should go back downstairs." The doors opened to a frozen and barren floor 500. The Doctor looked worriedly at Rose and the Rebel. He didn't want anything to happen to them. "Tough." The both answered as they stepped to where the Editor and his staff were."I started without you. This is fascinating. Satellite Five contains every piece of information within the Fourth Great and Bountiful Human Empire. Birth certificates, shopping habits, bank statements, but you two, you don't exist. Not a trace. No birth, no job, not the slightest kiss. How can you walk through the world and not leave a single footprint?" The Editor ranted to a hard faced Doctor. The Rebel and Rose ran up to Suki and tried to wake her from her trance like state. The Rebel kneeled in front of Suki and looked at her now frozen over eyes.
"Suki. Suki! Hello? Can you hear me? Suki? What have you done to her?" Rose tired shaking her body.
"I think she's dead." The Rebel sighed in defeat. She hardly knew the woman, but began to care for her. After the timewar, she looked at caring and love as disadvantages, and began to only associate herself with Rose and the Doctor. She was learning to care again, and it was leaving its mark."She's working." Rose countered, seeing Suki's hands typing on a keyboard console thing. "They've all got chips in their head, and the chips keep going, like puppets." The Doctor explained, voice harsh. The Rebel stayed kneeling next to Suki as Rose went beside the Doctor.
"Oh! You're full of information. But it's only fair we get some information back, because apparently, you're no one. It's so rare not to know something. Who are you? You three?" The Editor went closer to the Doctor. "It doesn't matter, because we're off. Nice to meet you. Come on."
Suki grabbed into the Rebel and two other zombie like people grabbed Rose and the Doctor. The ice cold grip hurt and stung. "Tell me who you are." The Editor got closer to the Doctor face, only a few feet away.
"Since that information's keeping us alive, I'm hardly going to say, am I." The Doctor countered. Rose had a look of fear flash across her face as she looked to the Rebel for help. The Rebel's head was hung as she looked at her feet. Even though Suki was technically dead, she wouldn't dare hurt or fight her 'friend.' ""I see you have a lovely little friend over here. Maybe she might persuade your decision." The Editor walked to the Rebel and grabbed her arms, she flinched in pain as her arm twisted in an odd angle. Not broken or sprained, just hurting like hell. The Doctor shook his head in defeat and the Editor let go of the woman. Suki grabbed the Timelady once more.
