A/N: I actually LOVE Rose, but in this chapter The Rebel kind of despises her. Rose is actually my favorite companion besides Donna, Amy, Clara and Rory.. So pretty much all of them.. Martha is okay, but I didn't really like her at the beginning.... Just wanted to make that clear in case you were wondering, which I bet nobody was... Lol :) peace out Girl Scout ✌🏻️✌🏻✌🏻
The Rebel's POV
"Hey! You two! You can't just leave! Not after what just happened! She doesn't even look like she can walk! Doctor! Wait up!" Rose whined, trying to keep up with us, we were gliding down the stairs, and by we, I mean The Doctor, I was limping down the stairs, whereas he was taking two at a time. "She's- She's- right Doctor... You my god! Slow down!" I yelled, as pain shot up my leg. A price of glass had buried itself in the skin below my knee, and was hurting like a bullet wound. The Doctor stopped running down the stairs and watched as I tried to catch up, Rose hot on my trail. As I finally got within two steps of The Doctor, he grabbed my arms and made me get on his back. "God you're light!" He said as he ran from Rose. "Hey! You can't just go swanning off!" She complained. "Yes I can. This is us! Swanning off! Bye bye!" He waved, still going down the stairs."But it was moving! It tried to kill me!" She whined. I cleared my throat and added under my breath, "Us..." The Doctor smirked at me and I just smiled innocently. "Ten out of ten for observation! Now, we've gotta run, bye!" I shouted to the blonde girl. The front doors were just a few feet away, when Rose called out. You can't just walk away! That's just not fair! Tell me what's going on!" She cried.
The Doctor out me down and we walked out onto the street. I was still limping, but it didn't hurt as much as going down the stairs. "All right then! I'll go to the police! I'll tell everybody! You both said if I did that, I'd get people caught! Tell me what's happening or I start talking." Rose demanded. I'll admit, I was taken back by Rose. Not many people had the courage to do that, "Is that supposed to sound tough? Cause it really doesn't..." I commented, still walking, my long brown hair flowing around my shoulders. "Doctor who? Rebel What?" Rose asked, making us stop and face her.
"We told you! Just the Rebel and Doctor." He answered to the confused girl. "Doctor and Rebel." Rose repeated. "Hi!" I waved, an insane smile plastered to my face. The Doctor grabbed my hand but Rose kept talking. "Is that supposed to sound impressive?" Her hands were on her hips, and she looked annoyed and confused. "Sorta, I mean, is Rose supposed to sound impressive?" I sassed, annoyed with the blonde. She asked too many questions.
"It's okay! You can tell me! I've seen enough! Are you two the police?" She asked, looking at us. "Nope! Not police, just two people passing through, long way from home.." I answered, trying to get her to leave us alone. She would be an amazing friend if she didn't ask so many questions. "But did I do?! Those plastic things keep coming after me! Why?" She asked, pulling on my jacket sleeve. I yanked it back, and stared at her. "Oh! So now the whole world revolves around little miss Rose Tyler? You just got in their way! Nothing more." I sneered, and huffed down the sidewalk towards where the Tardis was parked.
"It tried to kill me!" She pleaded, but The Doctor quickly countered it. "It was after us, not you. Last night, in the shop, We were there, you blundered in, almost ruined the whole thing. This morning, we were tracking it down, it was tracking us down. The only reason it fixed on you is 'cos you've met us." I smirked as the two argued, but it didn't feel like something was right. "So you're saying the world, the entire world revolves around the two of you." Rose said, not believing a word he said. "Sorta." I butted in, earning a glare from both of them. "You're full of it, both of ya." "Sort of, yeah, now that I think about, yes, we are!" I laughed.
"But all that plastic stuff? Does anyone else know?" "No one." The Doctor sighed, "so your both alone?" Rose questioned, trying to wrap her human head around the big reality of the situation."Well, who else is there? I mean, you lot, all you do is eat chips, go to bed, and watch telly, while all the time, underneath you, there's a war going on. I mean, I have Rebel, but we've only really just met each other, but besides her, no one else." The Doctor sighed, both of us thinking of home. "Okay. Start from the beginning. I mean, if we're going to go with the living plastic, and I don't even believe that, but if we do, how did you kill it?" Rose inquired. I shook my head at her lame attempt to change the subject. "The thing controlling it projects life into the arm. I cut off the signal, dead." I said, fiddling with my fingers, trying to collect my thoughts. "So like radio control?" She asked. "Nope. Thought control.. But close." I stated.
"You alright?" I inquired, seeing as Rose looked a bit confused and pale. "Yeah, I'm fine, but who's controlling it?"she shook her head. "That's a really long story..." I pondered, rubbing my neck. "But what's it all for? I mean, shop window dummies, what's that about? Is someone trying to take over Britain's shops?" Rose nervously laughed. "I'm it's not a price war if that's what you think. They want to overthrow the human race and destroy you all." The Doctor said and as a result, I punched his arm. "Oi! What was that for?" I shrugged and he continued. "Believe us?" I asked, as we were nearing where the Tardis was parked. "Who are you both?" She asked, and we stopped walking, the Tardis only across the street, it's blue paint job gleaming with pride in the London sun.
"It's like what she said about the Earth revolving? It's like when you were a kid. The first time they tell you the world's turning and you just can't quite believe it because everything looks like it's standing still. We feel it. The turn of the Earth. The ground beneath our feet is spinning at a thousand miles an hour, and the entire planet is hurtling round the sun at sixty seven thousand miles an hour, and We can feel it. The Rebel and I, we can feel it. We're falling through space, you, me, us, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go. That's who we are. Now, forget us, Rose Tyler. Go home." The Doctor said seriously, leading me back to the Tardis, leaving a confused Rose on the sidewalk.A/N: SUPER LONG CHAPTER!!! And it took forever to finish! Um, I will be splitting this episode, (Rose), into at least 1-2 more chapters..... I hope you like it so far! Ummm.... What else? Oh! What do you think should happen to The Rebel? Any ideas for the story when it progresses? Vote, comment, and enjoy!! ;)
