LOUIS' POV
At lunch I saw Eleanor so I ran up to her and hugged her from behind. I hope that's what girls like.
"Hi," I say casually.
"Hey," she replied while turning around to peck me on the lips.
"Should we let people know we're dating?" I ask. I know that letting people know we're dating will cause drama because of the bitch squad.
"Yeah sure, I don't mind" she answered smiling.
We walked hand in hand, and earned quite a bit of stares from all the other campers, but I didn't mind. I was proud to be hers and I'm so grateful that she's mine.
"Woah," I heard someone say. " You guys are dating?" It was Niall.
"Well it was pretty obvious it was going to happen," Liam added. "But if it didn't, I always thought Louis would end up with Harry."
"We are a good match, just saying," Harry chimed in.
"Haha, when I was watching Harry and Louis together, I legit thought he may have been gay," Eleanor laughed.
"We would be a power couple, Hazza," I chuckled.
The light-hearted mood was cut short however, because I soon saw the bitch squad approaching us.
"Hey Louis," Catherine said. "What are you doing here with...them?" she looked at Eleanor, Harry, Niall, and Liam with a disgusted look on her face.
"Hey Eleanor, I love your shirt, it's so cute! Where'd you get it from, a curtain?" Addie snarled.
"You know Louis, you could probably hang out with other people such as us rather than these rejects over here," Catherine gestured towards my friends.
At this point, all of my friends just stared at the ground or looked helpless, so I decided to take action. They deserved to be treated better than this, and I wasn't going to let some mean girls take their pride away.
"You know what, you guys can go suck it because I promise you I will never, ever like any of you." I began. "I don't care who you are, you do not treat the people I care about like that. Stop trying to even talk to me, because you will never succeed. I'm happy with Eleanor and all my friends so if you can't accept that, then walk away."
Catherine just stared at me and tried to say something back but gave up and started walking in the opposite direction. Before she got too far though, Eleanor added one more thing.
"And Catherine and Addie," she began, "you might want to consider the curtain look as opposed to your Vegas hooker look."
Their crop tops were basically bras and their skirts were so short they could be considered underwear.
Both of them just stomped away and we hopefully got rid of them for good.
The afternoon consisted of us just enjoying ourselves without the bitch squad interrupting us.
We got some free time so I decided it would be very gentlemen-y and romantic of me to take Eleanor to the beach and watch the sunset.
Just as we sat down, Liam, Harry, and Niall came to join us. I didn't mind though, they were my best friends here and I loved hanging out with them.
"I actually haven't really got to sit down with all of you to just talk before," I realized.
"Yeah, it's nice," Eleanor replied, placing her head on my shoulder.
"We should go around and get to know each other," Liam suggested.
"Sure, you can go first," Niall replied.
"Sigh, okay, this is hard to admit because it was a big mistake I made in my past but, Addie and I actually dated for a while beforehand," Liam confessed.
"What, no way!" I was so shocked. "I can't believe you would go for a girl like that."
"Yeah I know, it was a huge mistake. I only liked her because she was the popular girl and she was pretty. I didn't even take personality into consideration"
"So what happened to you two?" Eleanor asked.
"Well she broke up with me because she found another guy that was more of a bad boy, according to her," Liam told us. "I think she just used me as a toy until she found another guy."
"Oh god, I hate girls like that," I said with disgust.
"Well, if we're doing this then I should probably confess my past mistakes as well," Harry started. "Catherine and I had this thing going on and well, one thing led to another and I ended up giving her something I wish I hadn't."
"Wait, don't tell me you did the dirty," I said slowly.
"Unfortunately, yes, I did. It was the worst decision I have ever made. She was so not the right girl and I should've saved it for someone special," Harry with guilt in his voice.
"The past is the past, you can't do anything to change it," Eleanor pointed out. "All you can focus on is now, and I believe that you will meet the right girl, both of you," she motioned to Liam and Harry.
"Now that we got the philosophical and depressing part of this conversation over, let's move onto Niall, hit me," I said.
"I'm an innocent snowflake," he answered.
His tone of voice and face expression was too much and we all bursted out laughing. It was the perfect end to my day.
