I honestly think I should move in with Annie.
Her apartment is cute and tidy and I think I could manage to wreck it.

I need to get a job.

"Hey Annie," I say.
"DID YOU DECIDE?" she yells into the phone.
"Yes," I say.
"WILL YOU RENT THE APARTMENT WITH ME?" she yells again.
"Uh yeah," I say.
She screeches into the phone, causing me to hang up.
