Chapter 32

Ben and I were in good mood as the dinner went well. Ben insisted me to stay with him at his apartment. I called Sophie and informed her.

"Sammy, this bracelet looks so beautiful on your wrist." Ben said looking at it while driving.

"Hmm..It's a gift from your mom." i said smiling. He looked at me surprised.

"Really?" When did that happen?" he asked confused.

"When you came to see us in her room."

"Ohh..seems mom and dad liked you."

"Is there anything unlikeable about me?" i asked winking.

"Umm...no. You are perfect." he said smiling.

"Hmm.."

"By the way...how are preparations going for Sophie's wedding?"

"Ohh lot of work is pending. Just two weeks are left. Mom and Dad are coming next week. Hey! are you free this weekend? I have some arrangements to do, maybe if you are free you could help me?" i asked.

"Whatever you say sweetheart." he said and gave a wink. I laughed.

"Seems, someone is in a good mood." i said singing.

"Yes..i am."

I smiled at him.

"Sam, is it possible if we go out somewhere this weekend? Maybe we could do wedding preparations on saturday and go on saturday night. We will be back by Sunday night i think what you say?" he asked thinking about it.

"Umm..that's fine. We can do the work on Saturday. But where are we going?"

"Well, that's a surprise." he said grinning.

"No..tell me now."

"Sam...please i am sure you will love it. Pleaseee.." he said expectedly.

"Okay..okay.." i said rolling my eyes.

I heard my cel buzzing near the pillow. I saw it was Morning greeting sent by Ben. I smiled at it and replied him. I recalled he told me he was staying at his parents house on friday night. They had planned a family dinner and invited me too but i had plans with Sophie already. Ben was dissapointed though that he couldn's be with me but i assured him.

Today was Saturday, past few days after our visit to Sawyer's residence were too good. Ben was happy that i was with him. Maria called me every alternate day. We were coming close together as the topic of interest was Ben. I haven't heard anything about Emily nor did Ben say anything. Jake i heard went back to Colorado.

My phone buzzed again.

"Hello?"

"Morning my love.."

"Morning Ben. Where are you?"

"Just left home, did you forget we have lot of work today for sophie's wedding."

"Ofcourse i know. I'll be ready till you come here."

"Okay, i am dying to see you." he said and i giggled.

"..and i love that sound too." he said in a husky voice.

"Okay boy...enough. I know where you are going by this. Let me get out of the bed now. I'll see you soon."

I heard him laughing. "okay see you later." he said and we ended the call.

I smiled and went to shower. I was ready in few mins in jeans and tunic. I went downstairs and saw Ben was already there.
