Chapter 5

Another day at the precinct, busy as always more cases piling up more people getting put away. Olivia was exhausted, she couldn't even keep her eyes open. Elliot was working at his desk, his posture was so straight and perfect, his eyes glowed up so big and blue. Olivia didn't like Elliot that way...she was indecisive about it for many reasons. Kathy came in with the kids and Elliot noticed and kissed her hello and hugged the kids. Olivia got up as well to say hello.
"LIVVIEE" squeeled Eli, Olivia smiled.
"Your getting so big now, I won't be able to pick you up anymore" Olivia said picking Eli up. Eli giggled, "but if you can take down the bad guys you can pick me up!" He said stuttering his words. Olivia smiled and put him down.
Kathy was talking to Elliot privately, and it didn't look like good news the conversation led to Elliot's anger to rage.
"Let's go kids" Kathy said rushing, Eli sat at Olivia's desk twirling.
"But I don't wanna leave mama I wanna stay with Livviee!!!" Eli smiled big and squealed. Kathy was not phased.
"Come on Eli go with your mommy and then when you come back you can sit on my chair.!" Liv said sweetly.
Eli had his face down with tears. "But mommy is leaving daddy..." Eli whispered, Kathy got impatient and grabbed Eli with the last words he said. Olivia's heart was pounding with the thoughts 'but mommy is leaving daddy' it was like being in a desert with echoes.
Elliot was in the locker room, hitting the locker and throwing stuff across the room. Olivia rushed in to see if he was okay, he wasn't. He was gonna break the window but Olivia ran and held his arm back and Elliot pushed her to the side and hit the locker one more time.
He was breathing heavily. "She said she needs time, and I work too much..so she took the kids down to California" Elliot said putting his head against the locker. Olivia pursed her lips side ways, not knowing what to say. She had to think of something quick.
"El..she will come back, she just needs time." Olivia said getting closer to him. Elliot laughed.
"She took the kids Liv...all three, I don't think she is.." Elliot said sighing and going back to his desk. Olivia felt useless, and she was..in that case.

Olivia had to fix something that wasn't even her business, because she was am 'office wife' and her 'office husbands' personal life was about to go to shit.
