Olivia was still in the hospital in a coma, she didn't wake up from it but her heart failed and they shocked her with he two paddles of shock and that didn't work they took the shock up a notch up to 20 and her heart started going at a normal pace, she woke up in a freight struggling to get oxygen. The nurses came to maintain her oxygen tank, Elliot followed behind in tears, Kathy and the kids followed behind worried of what might happen to Olivia. Olivias eyes fluttered open to see people surrounding her, she tried to speak but her mouth was so dry the words didn't come out in a proper way.

"can we get some water in here" Elliot yelled sitting next to her, Olivia looked and stared at Kathy and then him. Olivia was confused but looked at her surroundings and realized that would never happen. The nurses brought the water in the room and Olivia drank it quick and enjoying it slowly as it went down.

"hey...how long have i been in here for ?" Olivia asked, as Eli climbed on the bed quietly and gave her a big hug, and she hugged him back with a smile.

"you've been in here for 6 weeks Liv..." Elliot replied, she looked around it was all so confusing. She remembered the dream, she wanted it to be real so badly.
"There's actually someone here to see you.." Elliot said smiling and stepping to the side, short boy with brown hair and red shirt with a teddy bear locked in his arms. Olivia moved up fast and had a tear coming down her face, the boy ran and jumped on the bed into Olivia's arms.
"Ryan.."Olivia said squeezing him softly, Ryan stopped hugging and looked at her.
"What happen to you..?" He asked wiping a tear off his face and then his. Olivia looked at everyone who was standing.
"Let's go everyone," he said motioning to the door, Elliot looked back , "I'll visit again , also his parents are coming to get him in an hour." He said leaving. Olivia nodded and looked back at Ryan.
"I miss you so much" Ryan said hoping off the bed and standing up getting a big bag out of his backpack.
"I missed you to..how is school ?" She asked getting up even more, Ryan walked back and gave the bag to her she took it and opened it and was smiling which turned into a laugh, she looked back at him, it was a picture of them two that was taken a while ago.
Ryan looked out the window, his eyes streamed of tears he wanted to talk to Olivia cause he only had so much time before his parents came in the room, but he remembers what Olivia said to him a long time ago. "I can't" he couldn't hear those words again. He turned around and looked at her in her eyes. Olivia looked at him in confusion to why he was so distant, she walked over putting her arms around him. He turned around hugging her a little to tight.
"They..they..." He stuttered, "they hurt me..I told them about you and they took me far away from NYC..I don't get it every home I get put into they do things to me I don't ask for.." He said falling to his knees. "I just wanted you to adopt me, I waited 2 years at the door waiting for you to save me" he said lastly, the door knocked Olivia jumped
"DONT OPEN THE DOOR IM GETTING CHANGED" she yelled, she looked at the clock, then Ryan.
"I have to go now.." He said walking to the towards the door.
"I still love you." Ryan said walking out the door, Olivia was left crying.

Olivia couldn't stand the fact that every home Ryan has been in he's been hurt. Olivia got the discard papers and went home to shower up she read more about the papers on Ryans case that happened 2 years ago. She wanted to have custody of Ryan she just needed prove of everything. This choice was going to change everything.
