Over, Elliot was not over Kathy he didn't have to be, he loved her but why? Was the question. And "you work too much" was not the correct answer to say anymore, it was invalid and not fair. He needed to find out.
Elliot got a plane ticket to California leaving Olivia behind and not telling her because he feels she helped enough.
"Where are you going?" Olivia scolded him. He couldn't lie.
"California" he said walking away from her. She grabbed his arm.
"El I don't think you should.." Olivia insisted. Elliot looked at her funny.
"Liv she's my wife and those are my kids." He said looking away, and walked away. Olivia let him.
Olivia felt like Elliot wanted to get hurt he still doesn't know she found another man. But he does need to find out for himself.
- 18 hours later -
Elliot arrived in California and found out where Kathy was staying and went straight towards there, but it was an 18 hour plane ride and he was starving so he stopped in a little place that served pizza and saw here there with all the four kids and a man with brown short hair with brown eyes, and muscles bigger than his brains.
Kathy's was in shock, the kids ran to him.
"Daddy!!" Eli squealed trying to get out of the high chair.
"Dad, we miss you so much" Kathleen said hugging her dad so tight he probably couldn't breathe. Elliot hugged her back. Dickie came towards him and look at the man sitting next to mom and looked back and Elliot, making a small laugh and hugged him.
"I miss you." Elliot said to his son. Eli was still trying to get out of his high chair, and he finally escaped falling to his knees but getting right back up to run and hug Elliot.
"Daddiee!!! I miss you!!!!" Eli said jumping up into Elliot's arms, Elliot smiled.
"I miss you too bud!" Elliot said holding him and kissing his little head.
"Where is livvie!!!??" Eli said screeching, as that was said Kathy came up and took Eli away from Elliot.
"What are you doing here?" Kathy said quietly. Elliot looked at her.
"Who is he?" Elliot asked. Kathy rolled her eyes.
"Don't worry about it.." She replied so hatefully.
"Kathy.. We have been married forever and now you find someone else wow." Elliot said. Kathy slapped him.
"You are always at work, you never touch me, you are always with Olivia , YOU ALWAYS WORK ELLIOT GOD I WANT SOMEONE WHO WILL PAY ATTENTION TO ME ONCE IN A WHILE!!! You don't do that anymore" Kathy yelled, everyone looked.
"Yeah...but I help people for a living I put away people who do bad things." Elliot said defending the argument.
Kathy laughed. "That's not good enough el.." She said calling everyone to leave.
Elliot's heart was broken. But as Kathy was leaving the kids stayed behind.
"We're staying with dad.." The all said, looking all so serious. Elliot was happy, but he couldn't.
"Just go with your mother kids.." Elliot said walking out of the pizza loosing his appetite.
Elliot wanted to get drunk so bad but he couldn't he knew he couldn't, he had to find a way to fix this. He took out his phone and called Olivia. It rang and rang. But the tone was close by, it was weird. He turned around to see Olivia standing there with her phone in her hand. Elliot walked over to her slowly, but Olivia sped up, and ran into his arms.
"I'm sorry...I'm sorry I didn't tell you.." Olivia said starting to cry. "I didn't want you to get hurt, I didn't think you would go after her." Olivia finished. Elliot let go and looked into Olivia's eyes.
Elliot sighed. "It's okay Liv.. You were only trying to help I understand." Elliot said sweetly, understanding her.
They both walked down the street, where the stop lights turned from green, yellow, red. Three seconds at a time.
