Olivia was being released out of the hospital, but scared to go home but she couldn't tell Elliot she was afraid. Elliot drove her home, it was a quiet ride complete silence Elliot was worried about her , scared for her of what might happen if she stays there by herself. He knows he was in the wrong and he should have been quick to bust down the door to save her, so she wouldn't be as traumatized. They arrived to Olivia's apartment.
"Can I come up ?" Elliot asked turning off the car, Olivia shed a tear trying to hold it back but it just fell. Olivia looked at him.
"Please?" She asked looking at him, Elliot smiled and they both got out of the car and walked into the elevator. There was some tension between them, as the elevator went up a sudden noise happened and Olivia's reflex jumped, she was paranoid. She unlocked her door to see it as it was when she was in it last, she was looking for a clue everywhere but there was nothing but a puddle of blood which made her cringe. Elliot touched her gently and she moved away and turned to him.
"I'm sorry I just..." Olivia said being interrupted. Elliot smiled softly.
"I understand" he saying interrupting her sentence, he walked to the kitchen grabbing two glasses of water and walked to Olivia. There was still tension between them but it was too soon. Elliot sat next to her and Olivia backed into Elliot's arms.
"I don't know what to do anymore el..." She said trying to be relaxed, Elliot kissed her head gently.
"I will find him, I promise" he said grabbing her pinky with his, she smiled and shut her eyes for a while enjoying his company and his scent of his clothes.
"How is Kathy?" Olivia asked, Elliot let out a little laugh and was trying to avoid the question.
"How's your arm?" He asked, Olivia mugged him, Elliot rolled his eyes laughing.
"She still isn't talking to me" he said with his smile and laugh fading, "I figure I'll just leave her alone till the divorce papers come in. Not sure what's gonna happen to the kids but... I'll leave it up to her." He said finally, Olivia turned and hugged him tightly and he hugged her moving her hair back from her face, they were so close to each other that their mouths almost touched and they did, their lips matched perfectly. Olivia climbed on top of Elliot unbuttoning his shirt, while he took off her, they have wanted this secretly.
"Wait liv.. I don't think we should .." Elliot said continuing to kiss her, Olivia smiled and finally took off his shirt. They continued to kiss while Elliot forgot his statement, he picked her up walking to the bedroom he gently threw her on the bed, kissing her torso and working his way up to her mouth, Soon they were completely naked. Olivia bit her lip to hold the moans in but that didn't work, Elliot soon did slow motions of his hips that didn't make any difference, Olivia switched positions for the top but then they fought for the sexual positions, Elliot smirked and kept at his pace which went a little faster, Olivia's moans grew louder.  They both became out of breath, and fell asleep next to each other.
"I love you.." Elliot whispered, Olivia's eyes widened and smiled turning and falling asleep in his arms.
"I love you too" she said kissing him one last time .
