Everything isn't the way it's suppose to be, it's all a mess and it can't be changed.. Olivia was acting different for the past three years and Elliot couldn't put his finger on it, and Olivia that's a whole different story..

"Hey Liv we have a vic at mercy hospital." Elliot said touching her shoulder gently. Olivia got up slowly and walked out with Elliot. Olivia walked fast to the car avoiding conversation with Elliot, he was trying and trying but nothing clicked, he never thought about Lance it was like he never existed to Elliot.
Elliot stopped her from walking fast and they both faced each other.
"Stop doing this Liv.. I've been trying to figure out what's wrong you never talk to me.." Elliot said getting close to her. Olivia turned her face from Elliot's but Elliot put his hand on her face and face it towards his.
"I ... Love you Olivia .." Elliot said softly, Olivia laughed and backed away.
"Yes that's exactly what Lance said, but he ended up leaving kinda reminds me of you, except you never said I love you." Olivia said seriously. Elliot got closer but Olivia pushed him away.
"Stop pushing me away Liv..." Elliot said pushing her hands away as she kept trying to shove him. Olivia continued to cry and cry and she finally gave up and hugged Elliot and fell to her knees, Elliot held her tightly.
"I'm sorry Liv... I love you ok...I'm never gonna leave you .. I promise " he said kissing her head and moving her hair out of her face. Olivia stopped crying and got up and looked at Elliot.
"Don't make promises you can't keep el and don't say things you don't mean .." Olivia said looking right in his royal blue eyes, and turned around and walked away, Elliot looked at her walk away.
"I've always loved you Olivia but you were too busy loving Lance.. I wasn't just gonna tell you and ruin everything you had with him..." Elliot called out, Olivia turned around and listened. " I love you , you are my partner and have been for 12 years, I know you feel the same way ..." Elliot said getting closer to Olivia and Putting his hand on her back to push her closer to him. Elliot looked into her eyes.
"I've always loved you... And I never ever stopped loving you regardless if you were with Lance.. But God did it kill me to see you with him." Elliot said holding Olivia. He kissed her finally and she let him. They kissed so passionately that their lips fit perfectly together. Olivia pushed him away, "I can't el..I just..." Olivia said walking to the car followed by Elliot An headed to mercy hospital
