Chapter 9

Life goes on. Olivia was in the hospital for months in a coma, while Elliot and Kathy got back together. Eli was okay. But Olivia wasn't, nobody cared about her.
  "Hello, Ms...Benson, I'm your nurse Lance, how are you feeling?" He asked, Olivia stared at him, she thought he was hot.
"Uhm I'm okay." She stuttered. "I'm ready to go though" she said getting up. The nurse slowly kept her down.
"I think you should stay for a while." He said smiling and giving her some water and medicine. She smiled at him.
"Did i get any visitors??" She asked sweetly. The nurse made a slanted face.
"No.." He said sadly.
  Olivia's heart broke, not even her partner could visit or anyone at the precinct. It's horrible, Olivia wished she never was there with Elliot that day to go for lunch, she isn't jealous but the fact that he couldn't even come and visit hurt her.

-Elliot's POV-
I feel bad I didn't visit Olivia, I mean she's my partner, but there are reasons why I couldn't. She won't even understand if I told her she would think of me as a coward and selfish.

Olivia stayed in the hospital for a week, and her and Dr.Lance got to know each other more than friends. They had a plan to go on a date after she got out and that was coming up real soon, she could hardly wait.
   Two weeks had passed and she went home. The date with Lance was tonight, she got in the shower and used her coconut body wash and hair essences and lathered it all up. The dress she picked out was a short red flow dress that had lace all over it and nude heels, she decided to do a light makeup contour.
*knock knock*
She was nervous, she quickly sprayed some Victoria secret perfume and opened the door with a smile so big but it faded to a 'Olivia benson' face.
"Liv.." The person smiles, Olivia tried shutting the door but the person pushed it back open.
"What do you want Elliot??" She asked. "I have someone coming." She said lastly. Elliot looked at her.
"You look very nice." Elliot complimented. Olivia rolled her eyes.
"Olivia...thank you for saving Eli.. I appreciate it.." Elliot said with a small smile. Olivia nodded.
"Well thanks for visiting me.." Olivia said opening the door for Elliot to leave.
He sighed, "Liv I can explain.." Elliot pleaded.
Olivia held her ears. "We're not dating Elliot you don't have to explain.. What you can do is leave.." Olivia said moving her hand to the door.
  Lance and Elliot both collided in the hallways, Lance gave a weird look at Olivia.
"He's my partner.." Olivia said before Lance could make a wrong accusation.
Lance was still confused.
"I'm a detective.." She explained, Lance kissed her to tell her he understood.
   They left for a dinner and they had so much fun... Later on they went back to Olivia's place and well...
