Finally, the day ended. I got off the bus just like I had yesterday, except that day I was satisfied that I had worn my graphic tee. Even F.D. had noticed, and complimented me. I walked inside where I found that my mom was asking about my day again, acting like nothing had happened yesterday. I told her I didn't feel like talking about it. She sounded disappointed but managed a smile and an "Alright then." Great! I didn't like it when she used words like that with such enthusiasm. It made her sound like a princess off a fairy tale. Then, it hit me. She only used words like 'alrighty then' when she was cooking her famous tuna salad caserole. Dear Lord! I hated that dreadful thing! It shouldn't have even qualified as food! More like dog food in my mind!

After I got done eating that casserole, or should I say feeding it to our dog, Bitsy, I went to bed. Our dog was a shorthaired, blond-colored Chihuahua. Her name was Bitsy because she looked so small compared to the mutt we used to have. His name was Chomper because he had a huge, white set of teeth. I couldn't get over how their white color shined so much. He was stolen when I was little. And I know for a fact that he was stolen too. I know you're probably thinking that he died and my mom just told me that. I know he was stolen because my mom, Jen, and I went on a vacation to Disney World after the divorce. My mom wanted to get away from it all so she decided Disney World, which everyone knows is the happiest place on earth. I think she kind of had some break down or something. I never really asked, and it would be too awkward! I do wonder about it sometimes though. Anyways, when we got back Chomper was gone!

When I got in my bed, I couldn't fall asleep. I looked up at my ceiling with my hands on my stomach and head on the middle of my pillow. Would she actually skip? Even if she did, would she really not tell me? Wait, how had Brittany found out? It didn't make any sense. How did Brittany know if Miranda hadn't told her? It was strange. That was for sure. I would just ask her in person the next day.
