I awoke to Jen blabbing away on her phone. I pulled my pillow over my head, hoping for some relief!

"Ugh! Shut up!" I mumbled.

I managed to get a peek of my alarm clock. It was 7:40. Wow! Five minutes before my alarm would've gone off! Thanks, Jen! I rolled out of my bed and into the bathroom, yawning while doing so. I turned the shower head onto cold. I loved taking cold showers! It wasn't to wake me up either. Cold showers just felt good! The colder, the better! I reached for the bottom of my shirt with both hands. My fingers grasped while my arms did their job of pulling my shirt over my sleepy head. Job well done. I threw it on the floor. I slowy slid out my pajama shorts and my underwear. Whew! It was already cool. I hopped in the shower and took my time. I had five extra minutes any way! Although, I had forgot to put my iPhone on my docking station, so I couldn't listen to music while I was rinsing off. When I was done, I turned the shower head, and the cool water siesed. I pulled back the shower curtain and shook the water off my legs before getting out. Fully awake, I searched under the sink for a towel. I pulled the furry mass as close to my body as possible. Sometimes warm felt good too.

I went to my closet to pick something out. I grabbed a black tank and a tight white jacket. Skinny jeans topped off the outfit as usual. I layed it all out on my bed. I digged through my top drawer for some underwear. I picked the first pair my hand grabbed. I peeked over into the droor to decide which bra I would wear. My top was black so the color of the bra wouldn't matter. I chose my favorite bra, the one with black lace. It made me feel good. It made me feel sexy.

I threw it all on in a matter of seconds. I was used to it. The clock said 8:02. Hmmm. I was pretty fast. I walked into the kitchen and opened the pantry. My eyes wondered and eliminated foods. I guess I would go with the usual, a packet of poptarts. They didn't take long to eat, and I never put them in the toaster. Like I said, I was fast. The bus was going to be at the stop around 8:20. I'd waste time and watch tv until then. Looking for the remote took me a while. By the time I found it, it was already 8:17. Wow. What a waste of time! I needed to already be on my way out. Grabbing the money my mom had left on the counter for my lunch, I turned the lock on the back of the door. I accidentally closed it with a slam. Oops. Oh well. Only Jen was there to hear it. She probably didn't anyways since she was talking so loud on the phone!

That day, I wasn't the first one to the stop. Matt was already there. He was always very nice to me.

"Hey, what's up?" I greeted him.

"Not much....chica!" He had a good laugh then told me he was joking.

"I figured. So he told you the story I'm guessing?"

"Yeah. He still claims he never knew your name. It's just a pride thing he has. Most guys have it."

"Ahh.. Gotcha. So what have you been up to? Still dating Jessica?"

"Not much at all! Nah, she's a slut."

"Oh, nice!"

"Yeah, I know! Tell me about it! What about you though? Found a guy yet?"

"Ha! Me?! No way! There's not one out there for me!"

"Don't say that! You'll find someone...one day."

"Thanks. I guess we'll have to wait and see! Whewwwww..Big suspense!" I laughed. He joined in with me. Right then the bus pulled around.

"Hey. Wanna sit together?" he asked. I was kind of thrown off. He was being really cool.

"Yeah, sure." The bus stopped in front of us. He gestured for me to go first. Aw! That was really sweet of him. Although, I figured I would have to sit on the inside now.

If it's not obvious, I'll put you guys out of the misery of guessing. I had always had a little crush on Matt since we had met a couple of years ago. He had moved here during 7th grade. I was his first friend. I remember he had moved into the neighborhood, and I never saw him outside. All the other neighborhood friends and I would always be out playing in the sprinklers and breaking fire hydrants and doing anything to cool off from the summer heat. One day, I suggested we go knock on his door. We were all in. Unfortunately, I was the suggest-er, so I had to knock. I took in a gulp and walked up to his door. I stood in front of the huge door that seemed to grow in size. I was intimidated, but eventually, I knocked. Thankfully, Matt opened the door. That was the first time I had seen him up close. He was cute. His black hair was almost long enough to hang into his mysterious brown eyes. He had muscles and broad shoulders that had been unnoticable from a far.

He took the breath out of my lungs. I stared for a minute.

"Uh.. We all wanted to know if you wanted to hang out for a little bit? We know you're new and everything."

He took a minute and stared back at me with his beautiful eyes. I wondered if he just wanted me to leave. He turned around, and I started to walk away. Then I heard his voice for the first time.

"Hey, I'm going outside with some friends!" he yelled.

My heart jumped. I was already half turned around though. I had to play it off. I acted like I was just turning around to say something to my friends behind me. I heard his door shut and felt his body brush by me. His hand rubbed down my back. I shivered. That was the first time a guy had done that. Matt. I had already fell in a love.
