Hospital Toilets

It was a few days later and Ollie was on the mend after seeing Zosia. Zosia had softly told him about her feelings of being pregnant- mourning sickness, tiredness, weight gain. Ollie had embraced the fact that his fiancée might be pregnant again and was already planning their bigger family life together.

"Ollie... Should I take the test?"Zosia asked holding the white stick in her hand.
"Yes!"Ollie said excitedly trying to move quickly but couldn't.
"Slow down Ollie you'll be no use to anyone if you don't rest..."Zosia tutted.
"Oh those hormones are on fire today!"Ollie smirked laughing. The CT1 smacked him playfully before shutting the bathroom door loudly. She hated the smell of hospital toilets. The odour of sweat, urine and hand wash created an aroma of what could only be described as hell in her eyes- or nose😂.
After relieving herself on the stick, Zosia sat next to Ollie, squeezing his hand. Cara was in a cradle sleeping so the couple couldn't be too loud. The seconds felt like minutes and the minutes felt like hours. As the eternity ended, Zosia put her hand to her mouth to stop herself screaming with happiness.
"I'm going to be a mum again!"she shrieked unable to contain her happiness any longer.
"And I'm going to be a dad again!" The couple hugged each other drawing into a kiss as Mo walked in.
Elliot hope was the surgeon who had performed the heart transplant but he left to find his destiny with Brigette. Mo Effanga had taken over.
"Oh sorry guys...ill come back later.."
"No no it's fine... Nothing big..."Ollie replied awkwardly. Neither of them wanted to tell anybody about the pregnancy yet until the 15 week mark. They both looked into each other eyes while Mo was doing the obs.
A scent of coffee from the canteen wafted its way through the window and into Zosia's nose.
"I'll be back in a minute..."Zosia quickly said rushing to the bathroom.
"How many weeks is she?"Mo asked as she had watched the same scenario happen when Zosia was pregnant with Cara.
"Whaaat...she's not pregnant!" Ollie tried to convince.
"OK Valentine... But don't have her fainting on my ward again!"Miss Effanga chuckled putting Ollie's notes back in the holder.
"Night night little Cara..."Mo whispered rubbing her index finger over Cara's rosy cheeks.
