Seven hours later...

JESSICA POV

It's a rather cold night, but I'm not bothered by it. I stare up at the stars and the full moon above me. I'm at the roof of my dorm building again. But I'm not standing on it, I'm hovering above it. I take a deep breath and slowly bring myself down. I feel the ground touch my feet. I look at my watch, 8:00 p.m. I sigh and start to walk back to my dorm.

I arrive at the floor my dorm is on, I continue down the hallway make a left and there I see Mike standing in front of my door. He sees me and gives me a big smile. I give him a smile of my own. We start to walk towards each other.

"Hey hey hey!" I say cheerfully.

"Hey Jess." Mike says leaning down to kiss me. I kiss him back, but he pulls away to fast for my liking.

"How bout we save some later?" He asks.

"I can live with that." I reply with a smile on my face.

He smiles at me, we link arms and start walking out of the building.

ASHLEY POV

I'm standing in front of Chris' door. I wonder where he is because he said we would go to the library for another "study" session, but I plan to do something different tonight. I'm finally going to make the first move. From the corner of my eye I see someone enter the hallway, I turn my head and see Chris walking towards me.

"Hey! Sorry I'm late Ash." He says, stopping in front of me.

I take a long look at him. Jesus why is he so sweaty.

"You ran all the way here." I state, crossing my arms as I speak.

"Yah... I lost track of time and when I checked my phone, I saw the time and I started running back because I didn't want to keep you waiting." He explains.

"Aww how sweet of you." I say with smile on my face.

He smiles back. "I think we should get going." He says.

"Lead the way." I tell him, gesturing my hand for him to move forward.

We start walking together.

Few minutes later...

CHRIS POV

We arrive in the library, I open my phone and see its 8:12 p.m. We look for an open area to sit on, I see a decent place to sit. As I start to walk I feel a hand on my arm. I turn to see Ash holding me.

"How bout we try sitting somewhere discrete?" She asks.

"Uhh... Ok yeah sure." I agree. Why does she want to sit somewhere discrete. There's no one around, except for the librarian.

I let Ash lead the way. She takes hold of my hand and brings us to the corner tables of the library. We both sit down, I bring out some books for anthropology. I turn to look at Ash, concern hits me because she looks really nervous.

"Ash are you ok?" I ask. "You look really nervous." I state.

I watch her take a deep breathe, she then looks at me in the eye.

"Chris...  I've been thinking about how much time we've spent together lately... I can't seem to get this feeling I have out of my chest." She says slowly.

"What are you feeling Ash-" I start but she cuts me off by raising her hand.

Ash starts to lean forward. My eyes widen as her lips touch mine. I close my eyes and start to kiss back, all of a sudden I feel an electric pulse exit my lips. SHIT. I immediately open my eyes, I watch Ashley jerk back. I expected her to panic, but she only grins at me.

"Did you feel that?" She asks excitedly.

"Yah." I say with a smile growing on my face.

"It was some kind of spark or something." She continues, still smiling.

If only you knew. "Wow... I have nothing to say." I say.

"If you have nothing to say..." She says, putting her hands behind my neck. "Let's continue what we started." She says pulling me towards her.

MIKE POV

We walk around the deeper areas of the woods, still following the dirt path. Jess lets go of my hand, moves ahead slightly and turns to look at me.

"How was your day?" She asks.

"Well it all started when I woke up in your bed. Had an anthropology class, by the way Sam is my research partner, hope that doesn't bother you." I tell her.

"Just remember who your dating." She reminds me.

"I always do." I reply with a smile. "Spent a couple of hours without you. And here we are now." I finish.

"You seem like you had a really boring day." She tells me.

"You weren't in it." I tell her.

"Is this moment the highlight of your day?" She asks.

"You can say that." I reply, walking closer to her.

Jess comes closer to me as well, she then wraps her arms around my neck. We stare at each other for a moment. We both lean towards each other, my eyes are closed but I feel her lips touch mine. The kiss must have some kind of effect on me... I feel like I'm flying.

HANNAH POV

I'm sitting on the couch inside my brother's apartment. I hear footsteps behind.

"Hannah have you seen my phone?" I hear Josh behind me.

"Sorry haven't seen it." I say turning to face him.

"Can you call it?" He asks.

"Sure" I reply. I bring out my phone, look through my contacts until I see Josh's name. I put the phone to my ear. "It's ringing." I tell him.

We both hear the phone his phone ring nearby. We both walk towards the noise, we both see Josh's phone inside an air vent .

"How the fuck did it get in there?" He asks.

"I don't know..." I reply.

After a few minutes of silence we look at each other.

"Beth." We both say at the same time.

"Beth!" Josh yells.

"What!?" We hear Beth.

"Do you know how my phone got in the air vents?!" He asks her.

"Ask Hannah!" She says.

Josh turns to look at me, giving me a "really" face.

"Ok! Josh I've been meaning to show you something. Now do me a favor and don't freak out." I tell him.

I look at the vent, bring up my hand and move it through the grate. I grab Josh's phone and pull it out. Josh looks at me with an expression I can't read. He then gives me a smile.

"I guess we're both freaks." He says.

I hand him his phone. "What do you mean?" I ask him.

He smirks at me. He brings up his hand and I watch it turn ice blue.

"What can you do?" I ask him, looking into his eyes.

He looks to his left. I watch him walk towards a glass of water. He looks back at me, he gestures me too look at his hand. I look down at his hand. His finger touches the surface of the water. It immediately turns into ice.

"Beth!" I yell.

??? POV

I stand in front of Victor's door. I knock on the door thrice. After a what seemed like a minute, someone opens the door.

"Hello Victor." I greet him.

"What do you want now?" He asks.

I give him a smirk.
