Chapter 26

Question: Where are you from in the world?

So as it turns out Justine was the friend Ashton was inviting. And the friend that she was visiting was Ashton. They met when she was living in L.A, when he had gone there whilst the other boys were here.

For the rest of the day we all had loads of fun. We talked, had nerf gun wars, played tiggy and hide and seek, there was lots of laughing and other games too. I honestly felt like a little kid again and it was so much fun. I now had more friends than I have had in the rest of my lifetime. Tori, Luke, Calum, Michael, Ashton, Emma and Justine; all my friends. I was never the brightest kid and I never had any friends throughout school. But I never even considered dropping out of school, that just wasn't an option.

Emma, Justine, Tori and I got really close throughout he whole of the day, and we even decided to prank the boys. It was pretty hilarious too. We had put glad wrap over the toilet so that when one of the boys went to the toilet, well let's just say there was quite a sight to see. Basically Calum came running down the stairs with wet pants.

"Who did this?!" He said looking at all of the three other boys. He didn't even suspect us girls. The boys were almost peeing their own pants in laughter at Calum, which made him suspect them all the more. Luke's face was literally tomato red, Michael was clapping his hands with laughter like a retarded seal and Ashton was giggling like crazy.
The girls and I all pointed to each other, so basically Calum just made a really angry face because he couldn't really do anything, and then stormed up the stairs to get changed.

At around 6pm Tori and I finally decided on leaving. Emma and Justine decided that they should leave too, both having come in their own cars. As soon as we all step outside of the house, cameras flash around us. Oh no! It was the paparazzi. We all tried to cover our faces but it was too late. They were all screaming different things at us such as:

"Do you know why the band broke up?"

"Are you girls the reason Ashton left and came back?"

"Do you know why Ashton disappeared?"

"Where are the boys"

"How do you know the boys?"

"It's like you were all invisible and just turned up suddenly. Where are you from?"
That one hit home for me and made me wince on the inside.

We didn't reply, but simply walk faster towards our cars. It was only when we had all gotten in our cars and driven away did we feel less suffocated and more relieved. Tori looks at me when we are at a stopped light and says,

"Ivy what are they gonna do with those pictures?"

"I don't know Tori, I don't know anything anymore."

The drive home was pretty quiet after the very confronting situation with the paparazzi.

When we got home we snacked on cold pizza from the night before and just chatted. We talked about everything ranging between my mum and dad, to 5sos and the paparazzi. We hoped they wouldn't do anything with the pictures but figured they probably wouldn't, considering we think we had covered our faces.
