"That was a close one."
"Your kidding right?" I stare at Lily pointedly. "Well for one he knows about my past-"
"I beg a differ!" She sits up, pointing her finger at me. "He doesn't know your entire past he only knows the basics."
"Which was me getting into trouble."
"Well yeah but he even told you last night he doesn't know what's real or not!"
I was pacing back and fourth in my room talking to Lily about yesterday. It was a close call and I do not want to relive that moment in the near future one bit.
"Yes but little miss whine a lot Mickey sure let him have an ear full of some of the shit I did and who knows what Mark has told him." I roll my eyes.
"Mark isn't stupid." I raise my brow at her. "Okay he isn't that stupid." I keep my brow up. "Oh! You know what I mean!"
I sigh. "I know. But Lily from now on we have to watch ourselves." She nods curtly. "And we have to teach you to come up with better diversions."
"Hey I was in the spot! What was I supposed to do?" I plop into beside her in my bed. "You know you could always tell him..."
"Your joking."
"What! He's gonna find out sooner or later, why not just tell him now?"
I open my mouth to answer but Nathan suddenly barges into the room followed by Christian.
"Ever heard of knocking?"
"Nope!" Christian lifts Lily off the bed, throwing her over his shoulder.
"What in the living..."
"Your turn!" I look up at Nathan right on time as he bends down towards me.
"Pick me up and I will cut you." He lifts up his hands in surrender. "Good boy."
"Let me down!"
"Never!"
"Anna!"
"Christian let her down." He shakes his head.
"Well I tried." I shrug my shoulders. "What are you guys doing here?"
"We're going out!"

And that's how I ended up at the hill where Nathan and I had our first kiss.
Christian and Nathan were getting started on the fire while the girls were in the car watching Netflix. Rebecca was also with us. She acted as the getaway driver while Christian and Nathan went into my house to get us. They wanted to get in and out as quick as possible for fun. But that didn't happen because well it's me.
"I'm craving s'mores and I swear if they don't get that fire started I'm going to kill them."
"Wow." I stare at Lily astonished. "Your turning into me more and more each day." I wipe a fake tear.
"Oh shut up." She holds back her smile but fails. "I just want s'mores!"
"Same here I was the one that told them about how we should all have a bonfire one day and make s'mores and the next thing I know we were on our way to your place."
The car door opens suddenly. "Come on the fires ready!"
I turn to Lily. "Guess you don't have to kill them now."
"Oh darn I was really looking forward to that."
The sun was already setting and it was starting to get chilly outside. They had brought blankets in case the fire couldn't keep us warm enough.
