I was going on dates with Nathan left and right. The good thing about all of this is that my past hasn't been brought up once and it's been the best few days of summer so far!

Of course dreaded school was around the corner. Well it was still a little more than a few weeks away... But still every time I thought about it my heart breaks and I just want to stay in bed, eating ice cream, and be depressed all day while watching Netflix.

But of course Nathan or Lily would not have that. They thought I was being completely ridiculous and dragged me out of bed against my will.

The reason I'm talking about school is because I'm currently at Staples getting supplies for school... Already.

Apparently Nathan likes to shop before the rush which is why Nathan, Lily, and I are all here shopping. Weeks before school is even about to start! And they're saying I'm the ridiculous one.

"We don't even know what we need." I slump down on one of the office chairs they had set up. I was already tired from the day and the day had only just begun.

"True but we do know that we need the necessities." I roll my eyes. Imitating Nathan silently as he has his back towards me.

Lily sends me a disapproving look making me poke my tongue out at her being the mature person that I am, before she turns her back to me as well and chooses a notebook.

"Fine." I grab my basket from the ground, walk over to all the notebooks, choosing a thick black notebook and drop it inside my basket before sitting back down in my chair.

"Why can't you be colorful?"

"Why can't you not?" She rolls her eyes and places the pink notebook she picked up, inside her basket.

Afterwards we began to follow Nathan around the store. Every so often picking up pencils and pens as we go. Also planners and index cards for them. As I paid for my supplies I noticed how colorful Lily and Nathan's supplies were compared to mine. I guess anything besides black is what I call colorful because literally all the stuff I got was black. After Staples we went to Barnes and nobles. Of course. That I was actually excited for.

I got exactly three books, while Nathan got one, and Lily... Well Lily just flipped to random pages on a sex book and cracked up. Sometimes I don't understand why and how I was even friends with that girl.

We made it to Mags place during sunset and got our usuals almost immediately. We didn't even bother waiting for Christian and Rebecca to get here mostly because we didn't want to wait and also because we were starving.

"You started eating without us?" I take a bite from my sandwich.

"Hell yeah." I say in between bites. Aren't I just classy human being?

"Scootch!" Rebecca squeezes in on our side of the booth. "We have major news here!"

"News?" Christian takes handfuls of Nathan's fries.

"Yup!"

"Which is?"

"Hiya kids! The usual?" They nod. "Thanks Mags!"

"No problem Hun! I'll be right back!" Mags quickly walks back into the kitchen giving off their orders.

"So what's the news?" Nathan says growing more impatient by the minute.

"Guess where we're going to?" Nathan furrows his brows in question before realization hits him. He groans, smacking his forehead.

"Family reunion?" He mutters.

"And bingo was his name-o."

"At least it won't be at our house this year." Rebecca sighs.

"Why do you guys make it sound so bad?" All three of them look at Lily as if she grew an extra head.
