"Grey- Grey wait!" I hear Dean call as I dash out of the diner.

How could she be here? I didn't see her in the diner....she was there though, I know it.
The cupcake. That's what gave it all away. If there's one thing I remember about my mother before she left is that she use to make me lemon pound cake every year on my birthday. It was her, it has to be. That isn't just a coincidence. No way.

I look around the parking lot, trying to see if I could somehow spot her out when Cas, suddenly appears in front of me.

"Wow you really don't care if people see you do that do you?" I say irritated that was he in my way.

"I'm more concerned with people seeing what you can do." He says coldly.

I clench my jaw.

"I'm fine. The only person who might being seeing that soon is you."

"Grey! Hey, you okay?" Dean says coming up behind me.

Cas and I keep our glare on each other as he answers for me.

"I think I should take her back Dean. Her emotions are, rising."

I feel Dean look to me concerned as Sam comes out now.

"I told you I'm fine." I bark, wanting to punch him right in his angel face.

"What the hell was that back there?" Sam asks now.

I turn to face both of them, rubbing my face.

"Nothing I thought- I think someone is following me."

They both look at each other then back to me.

"Mind telling us who?" Dean says frustrated that I'm not getting to the point.

"My mother." I say not making eye contact with either of them.

"Your mother? How can you be sure-"

"Because of the freaking cupcake. She use to make me lemon cake every year on my birthday and I'm pretty sure I saw her in the store today."

"And you didn't think to say something?"

"Yeah and say what, exactly? I didn't even believe it myself till just now. I mean she- I haven't seen her in over ten years Dean and now suddenly she's just, showing up? Excuse me if I was a little hesitant to talk to you about that."

He unclenches his jaw.

"Well I asked the waitress who sent over that cake. She said she didn't know, that it was waiting to be served up with our table number." Sam says breaking the silences.

"She was here. I know it." I say strongly.

"We believe you kid, if she's in town she can't be that hard to track down-"

"No." I cut him off bluntly.

They raise their eyebrows at me.

"No?"

"If she's out there and she knows where I am...then I don't want to find her."

"But Bradlii, she's your mother." Sam says softly.

"Yeah and she abandoned me when I was eight years old! She left me to fend for myself with that abuse ass and later a guy who would ruin me-" I stop myself short when I realize I was running my mouth too far.

I quickly look up to Sam and Dean, who had their eyebrows scrunched together in deep concern.

"Look, the answer is no. We're not looking for her."
