Chapter 10

"Steve.! Steve!" Stace bashed in and both of us moved back from the hug.
"I'm so sorry.! I didn't mean to disturb you.. So sorry.!" Stace panicked.
"Stace! Calm down! We were just wishing each other..!" I said.
"What's wrong? Why did you come up here?" Steve asked wearing his jacket which he removed after smashing that bartender.
"She is here.!" Stace said and I saw the smile on Steve's face disappear.
"You don't have to go.!" I said pulling him back.
"She will come up here!" He said as if he was helpless. His face was pale and he looked like he was going to have a panic attack. He was sweating profusely and had that very painful look in his eyes. I saw that look before..

         In the mirror..while I cry for sky to come back and hold me like I was made of glass.
I see myself in this boy but with a more tragic story than mine.

"Let's go down! Leave this to me!" I replied pulling him after me to face the bitch.. Bring it on you jackass!
"What's going on?" Stace asked. "She knows Stace!.. And I trust her!" Steve said. Nobody ever believed so much in me, at least nobody ever told me so.
"Thanks Steve.!" I smiled pressing his hand assuring him that I'll be there no matter what.
"Hey Steve! This is?" The bitch asked.
"Cindy..this is Blaze and Blaze..this is Cindy!" Steve told freeing himself from my hold.
"So you are Cindy? Steve spoke so much about you!" I exclaimed and Steve nudged me from behind.

"Umm..yeah! Why did he tell you about me and what?" She said giving the who-is-she looks to Steve..
"I know..!I know..! There are a very few who tell their past to their girlfriends..! I'm lucky that Steve is one of them!" I ended standing up on my toes and looking into deeper into Steve's eyes.

"If anyone is lucky here.. It would be me!! I have imprinted on him.!" She said pulling him towards her by his collar.

Score : 20-10.

"Back off you werewolf!" I said releasing Steve from her grip.

Score : 20-20.

"You back off tiny little wimp.! He is mine.!" She said and kissed him on his lips.

Score : 30-20.Whoa! I need to get this! But I can't kiss!! Come on Blaze! She can't win this!

"He was! Not anymore.! You stay out off his life or your head will be the food for my dog.! Take care Cindy! This man here is mine and if you try once more to get any close to him you will have to roam headless.." I paused.
"Oh! Sorry! You are already roaming headless.!" I ended.

* scoreboard blasts * * the bitch walks away *

"Thanks!" Steve said hugging me. I was in need for a hug too. Phew! I'm one hell of a theatre artist!

"You were acting as if you were possessed.!" Stace laughed.

"You don't even have a dog? You are f***ing scared of dogs?" Steve commented.

"It just came out.." I grinned.
"I have something for you!" Steve said after Stace walked away in search of Mike.
"What's that.?" I asked looking at him and he was looking into my eyes. That's something we don't see everyday.!?

"Not now?!?" He said.
"When? Will you whisper it in my ear after I die?" I asked,he laughed and pulled me behind him.
He took a few beer cans on the way and we ran towards my house. By the time we reached the terrace I knew we were going to the domes.
"Here?" I asked raising up my eyebrows.
"I don't want anyone to see you slapping me.!" He said and I raised my eyebrows even more tilting my head.
"Will you tell me already?" I questioned impatiently.
"Finish one can first.!" He said leaving me confused. I was never this confused,not even while placing my order at the restaurant.!. Sheesh!
"You are scaring the shit out off me!" I exclaimed taking the can and he shrugged.
