Home Room- Mrs. Dragona's class

AN- so I decided to update this story today, also read an vote on my other fanfic! Also Mrs. Dragona is the name of my homeroom teacher so im using her personality. Give me feedback on how I can improve this story and let's begin.............

Derek's POV
I went to my locker, which was right next to Mark's cause of our last names. I also saw Izzie next to mine. We finished unpacking and surprisingly we all headed toward the same room. This is was the first year me and Mark had the same homeroom teacher, but sadly we were stuck with the mean and rude Mrs. Dragona. Mark and Izzie exchanged some words but I decided to ignore her, considering she was my enemies best friend. As I walked in I was greeted by Owen and Teddy hugging eachother and blocking the door.

"Great we're stuck with the love birds" a voice suddenly said. Izzie, Mark and I all started to chuckle but then I stopped realizing it was Meredith Grey. I quickly push past them and went into a seat next to Addison and Preston.

Throughout the summer, people made up rumors that Addison liked me. Even Mark and Preston thought she did. So when I confronted her she denied it and I believed her. But after that conversation we never really continued being friends. Instead She started hanging out with Callie and Teddy. As I started to talk to Preston and Addie, she rapidly turned her head and began complimenting Arizona's hair style. I couldn't tell if she was ignoring me on purpose or if she really liked Arizona's hair.

(20 minutes later)
Ugh I hate Mrs. Dragona, she already assigned us reading homework on the first day of school.

"Remember, I am assigning you partners and your partners are at the same reading level as you, so there shouldn't be any problems" She said in a rude tone. I could tell everyone hated her and it had only been 20 minutes since school started.

"Callie, you and Owen are partners"
"Teddy and Mark, your partners"
I swear I could see Teddy giving Callie dirty looks.

"Arizona, ooh that's a pretty name and Isobel are partners"
"George and Charlotte, your partners" I don't remember anyone named Charlotte, so I looked around.
"Okay fine then, George and Addison you're  partners" 

"Now we have Meredith Grey and Preston Burke as partners and Derek Shepherd and Christina Yang" She finally announced. I didn't like my partner. Christina, she was very opinionated and scary sometimes. She is so depressing, it brings me down. So at the end of the period I went to Mrs. Dragona and requested a change in partners thinking she would let me be partners with Preston.
"Okay dear, I'm assigning you with Meredith Grey, hope she won't mind" she said

My luck is fantastic!

Well I guess it's my fault for wanting to change
