Alan and I stood back, shocked. Neither him nor I could say a single word to this guy for minutes upon minutes. Finally, I nod and answer him; "Y-yes sir." Alan repeats me, shifts into his fox, and kneels down onto one knee. I mirror his movements, treating our new leader with respect. I look up towards Alan for a split second and see Alan flick his tail upwards, just barely noticeable for me to be able to see.

Flammeum Rixam.

I slightly smirk, and look around the room to see where I can begin my attack. His desk was to the right of him, I'll have to jump very quickly onto that desk if I don't want him to shift.

Don't take too much time, Alan, I thought.

Without thinking anymore, I jump onto the desk, and head butt him, causing him to fall over. "AGH, MY NOSE!" he wailed when he hit the ground, and without wasting another second, Alan darted right into the rogue's neck. The leader was in mid-shift when Alan struck him. He bled and bled all over the floor, until finally he stopped breathing.

Alan and I both shift back into human form, and he quickly whips out his phone to text his mom for the back up. He knew that we would have needed it for sure. Once she tells us that she's making her way to the cave, we leave the office.

See, Alan and I are pretty smart. We both had planned this all ahead of time, so we had stepped on a bunch of flowers in the woods on our way here. We tucked our nose to the ground, and followed the flower's scent our way back through the whole cave. Surprisingly on our way out, we didn't run through any trouble; except when we approached the entrance.

We could just barely see the light of the outside world in front of us, and, no exaggeration, there was all 200 rogues running up to surround us on every side. Our escape team came just in time, which included my family (excluding my mom), and Alan's family. There also were a few wolves with unrecognizable faces standing with Alan's family.

All 200 of the nasty rogues snarled at us, and one by one they each began to attack us. One came straight for Alan, and he shifted just in time to grab the wolf's ankle in mid-air, and throw him across the room. One came for my sister, and she head butted him, and went after his throat. Then they all came at us at once. Dad was balancing about 5, Daxton held down 7 of them, and my sister had 6. Everyone in Alan's family kept up with around 5 rogues each. There were crazily irrational advantages for the rogues.

Once they had all begun to die off, all of us had bites and scratch marks all over our bodies, while my sister had the two last female wolves on her. I remember looking at the last second to see the pitch black wolf come straight after Rose's windpipe. She yelped loud enough for all of us to hear, and Rose was down. The two female rogues ran away after what they did, and I ran towards my sister. I shifted into my human form, and caressed her in my arms. She slowly shifted back, and begun coughing up blood.

"C-Calla.... I-I.... will miss you.... I.... l-love you.... sis...." and Rose... My twin sister... She was gone.

I stop moving, and I could barely breathe at this point. I just sit there with Rose's blood all over my lap, and her lifeless body still pouring out all of her blood. Everyone begins to crowd around me, but I don't look up from my sister. My reflection. My replica. My second body. The only person who could have completely understood me.

She's gone.

. . .

. . .

What happened after that for the next two years was a big blur. Yeah, I graduated high school with a GPA of 3.4. I was actually okay with that. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great either. I could've done better.

I never saw my Mother again. After that day when I walked into her empty house, I wrote letters to her every Sunday night telling her about my week. Of course I tried calling her phone multiple times, but the mechanical voice always answered, and said that the number was not activated.

Daxton was accepted to a great college for writing so he can excel his amazing talent to write, and someday become a professional writer.

What I decided I wanted to do was create video games. I've always thought about how fun it would be to be the creator of an awesome video game. Kind of farfetched to you? Well, how would you feel if I told you that I was the creator and script writer of the most popular game of this year?

Yep, it was me.

It was pretty hard to get the job, but after almost a year of working as a waitress at Olive Garden, they decided that they would accept me because they knew I had the talent.

Alan decided to be a doctor. I had to wait for him to be done with his brutal and difficult studies for a doctrine degree before we could move into a house together. While I was waiting for him to finish school, I lived in a small apartment by myself, stashing all of the extra money that I was being paid. I was paid a lot, so I saved for vacations and things like that.

Not long after he graduated from college, him and I had a baby. Well, actually, we had two. Twins to be exact. One was a boy, and the other was a girl. The boy we decided to name Alexander, and the girl we named after my second name; Calla. I loved that name very much, and I'm glad that I was able to pass it down to my baby girl.
