school, the worst possible time of the day besides, the fact of hanging out with your friends. sometimes that's not a good thing, don't get me wrong i love my friends, but sometimes its nice to be alone. The worst possible thing about school has to be the people, i love the fact of learning it's just the human interaction. During lunch or assembles its kinda hard to stay sane/not have an attack.
So personally me in school i need to have a rubber band or hair tie, why? Well so i can "somewhat" keep an attack under control. Which being the idiot i am, today i forgot one.... *face palms* IDIOT.... so today was not the best especially because well obviously i said it. so lunch....it was kinda hard to be okay.... and during class. if you didn't know someone like me with an anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder its hard to keep a straight face even when you have to fake it... faking a smile and laugh is one of my daily things. But, ill be fine.... cause i go to someone who can help..... he doesn't help much but if it keeps me from doing stupid things... i'll go back. But as soon as he puts me on medication... ill say... "GOTTA BLAST"
