Chapter 5

"Harmony you're not who think you are. They aren't your real parents, they aren't your real friends. They've been lying to you your whole life"

"Y-your lying... T-they are my p-parents... and they are my real friends... Y-you are just trying to get me to t-turn on them..." I look at the man that is walking around me.

I have been tied up to this chair for hours now and no one has come to save me. I actually started to think that the man is right. All the people that I thought were my friends and family and that I trusted... none of them have come to help me...

No he's lying. They ARE my friends and they ARE my real parents and I trust them... Maybe something came up or they are on their way... They have to come... At least HE needs to come... if he truely loves me like he said he does...

"Really? If they are your real friends, then how come they haven't come to save you?" The man stands infront of me, staring at me.

"I-I don't know... P-please don't hurt me... or anyone... p-please... I-I'll do anything please... don't hurt a-anyone..." I say weakly, staring at the man.

"Oh Harmony... You know I can't promise anything" He does an evil laugh while I feel something like a needle go in my shoulder. I scream a little in pain as whatever the man put in me starts to kick in.

The last thing I see is the man laying on the ground and Glitch running towards me before everything started to go dark.

Harmony's POV

I wake up suddenly and sit up quickly, breathing fast. It's ok... It was just a nightmare... It's not real... After a few minutes, I sigh and lie back down.

I stare at the ceiling, thinking about my dream I just had. It can't be real. Rasa and Lima are my parents. The man was just a person my mind more than likely made up. What I don't understand is Glitch. What was he doing in my dream?

Was he trying to help me? Was he on the man's side? No he couldn't be on his side. What was he doing in my dream? These questions kept repeating over and over again in my head.

I didn't realize how focused I was until my dad started shaking me and calling my name. "Harmony!"

"What dad?" I look at my dad. He looks like he is ready to go to work like every day but he looks like he's worried about something.

"Come on wake up and get ready. You are coming to work with us" He stands up and starts walking out my room.

"Wait why?" I sit up, looking at my dad. I really don't mind going to my parent's work. Even though I've never been to their work because they said "I wasn't allowed to" but I still don't mind going.

My dad turns around and looks at me. "Because your mom and I think it will be a good time for you to see where we actually work"

"Ok? I'll be there in a little bit" That was weird. I thought I already new where they work. I wait till my dad gets out of my room for me to go in the shower.

After about thirty minutes, we are finally at my parents' work. It looks like I thought it will look. A big plain building with their company's name on it. I knew my parents weren't spies. They are just regular accountants.

I follow my parents into the building and into the elevator. After the elevator door closed, something I wasn't expecting happened. There was a light that was going up and down on us like it was scanning us.

"Its nothing bad Harmony. It's just scanning us to see who we are" My mom looked at me as the light started to scan me.

"Why does it need to know who we are?" I look at my mom as the light stops scanning me and the elevator starts moving downwards.

"Because we are secret agents Harmony and we can't have any villans coming in the building" My dad says as he fixes his suit.

"No that can't be true. You guys are accountants like you've been telling me my whole life. I'm just dreaming. I have to be dreaming. The guys from yesterday can't be right!" I start pinching myself and telling myself to wake up but I wasn't waking up. Why wasn't I waking up!?

"Harmony stop it! You are not dreaming! Mo and Glitch were right. We are secret agents, not accontants!" My mom takes my arms and looks at me. This can't be right. This is not true.

"Look Harmony we are sorry we kept this from you. We shouldn't have lied to you but you were little and we didn't know how you were going to react" My dad looks at me. I think I know why my dad looked worried this morning.

I look down and take my arms out of my mom's as the elevator door opened. I honestly didn't know how to react. I was kinda happy that my parents were spies because that meant that I have cool parents. But I was also mad because they kept this from me my whole life. Plus, I was also mad because this means that Glitch was right.

I look up and see my parents' work. It all looks futuristic and everything is either purple or black and there was in big letters DCI across the floor.

I walk out of the elevator and my parents follow. I keep looking around my parents work. I can't believe that my parents are secret agents!

"Harmony come here" I look at my parents and follow them to a room with a lot of different types of clothes.

"Alright sweetie you need to pick a DCI outfit" My mom stops at the closet with the purple and black clothes and looks at me.

"Why?" I stop at the closet of purple and black clothes.

"Because you are going to become an agent here"
