Chapter 32

A/N: Extra long chapter. Hope you guys like it

Harmony's POV

"I can't believe they would keep something like that from me" I say as I start to calm down from crying. I feel Glitch hug me tighter and start to play with my hair. "Did you know? That Rasa and Lima aren't my real parents"

Glitch takes a deep breath before he finally speaks. "Yea I did"

"Why didn't you tell me?" I said and looked up at him.

"I wasn't allowed to tell you Harmony. No one is allowed to tell you" Glitch says and wipes some of the tears that slipped out of my eyes. "Rasa and Lima said that it will put you in more danger than you already are if you knew the truth."

"How does knowing who my real parents are put me in more danger?"

"Because- it's complicated," Glitch says and looks away from me, slowly letting me go from his grip.

"I don't understand"

Glitch sighs. "It's better if I show you Harmony"

*Time Skip*

Glitch and I wait till all the other agents go to sleep before we go into the Main Room of DCI. While we waited for everyone to leave, Glitch explained to me what I needed to know.

"Okay so I don't know if you remember this but when you got attacked by Tan's robots I carried you through this portal thing to get you away from them. Do you by any chance remember that?"

"Kinda"

"Well that portal thing can do much more than transport people from one place to another. That portal thing is also a time machine, meaning that it can take you to any time you wish to go-"

"So you're saying that thing can take me to the time when my parents abandoned me?" I say, interrupting him.

"You're parents didn't abandon you Harmony. They gave you away to a couple that will keep you safe from Tan," Glitch says.

"I still don't understand Glitch. Why would they have to give me away so I could be safe?"

"You'll find out soon Harmony" Glitch says and starts to walk to a computer in the Main Room. I quickly follow him and I watch him type some things on the computer. After a couple of minutes, I see a purple light from the corner of my eye and Glitch walks next to me. "Now before we go back in time to see what happened to your parents, you need to know that your parents were really nice people. They always put others first and themselves second; even if it would cost them their life"

I look at Glitch and see a hint of sadness in his eyes. I know there's something that's bothering him about this whole thing but I'm a little afraid to ask him, especially at this time. I take his hand in mine and give him a small smile, hoping it will help take some of the sadness away from his emerald eyes. He gives me a small smile and that's when I see all the broken behind his smile. "Glitch, you don't have to do this. If there's something bothering you, you can tell me and I will listen to you. You can show me another time"

"I have to do this Harmony. You need to know what happened. Don't worry about me, I'll be fine" He gives me another smile before we get surrounded by the purple light.

(A/N: Harmony and Glitch are just watching so they're not going to be talking right now, and no one can see them. Also, there's going to be some sad parts. Just thought you guys should know:))

It was normal day at DCI. Most of the agents were busy with their assignments that were just given to them. But for a young couple it was a special day. It was the day their special daughter was born.
