Chapter 3

Harmony's POV

I started cracking up. That's obviously not true at all. My parents. Spies? Yea no.

"Haha Mo that's really funny! You're really good at telling jokes you know that right?" I kept laughing but I started to slowly stop laughing when I saw that Mo and Glitch weren't laughing at all. "That was a joke right?"

"Umm sure let's keep at that" Glitch crossed his arms and looked at me like he was mad at me for something. Oh right he's mad at me because I beat him. Whatever he'll get over it.

Mo looked over at Glitch and gave him a look. Then he looked back at me. "That wasn't a joke. It's true. Ya're parents are spies"

"Yea Mo I don't believe you. I barely know you guys. How do I know that you guys aren't lying? You guys could be kidnappers for all I know"

"If we were kidnappers, we would have kidnapped you a while ago, but we haven't so we aren't kidnappers. Even if I really want to kidnap you and-"

"Shut up little man. We aren't kidnappers Harmony. We are just normal people... That are secret spies"

"I don't believe any of you. Again I just met you guys! How do I know that you guys aren't lying?" I asked again. I crossed my arms and narrowed my eyes at them.

"If you don't believe us, why don't you ask your parents? But don't come back to us telling us that we were right and that you're sorry for not believing us" Glitch's eyes narrowed after he finished talking. He was kinda scaring me now.

I rolled my eyes "Please I won't come to you guys saying that because it's obviously not true"

"Whatever you say, shawty, but it's true, and-"

"Shut up shorty! It's not true! And I told you to stop calling me that!"

"And I told you that I can call you whatever I want shawty!"

"A'ight guys don't start arguing...again" Mo stood right in the middle of me and Glitch. I guess to keep us from looking at each other and start fighting again. I could still argue with him, even if I couldn't see him that much. But I know it wouldn't do me or him any good.

"Whatever I'm going home" I walked out of the subway station before any of them could say something else. When I walked outside, I realized that I had no idea where I was and it was very dark outside. Well I'm going to be in big trouble when I get home... If I ever get home.

I started to look around to try to find something that looked familiar but I couldn't find anything.

"Lost shawty?" I turned around to see Glitch standing just outside the subway entrance.

I rolled my eyes in annoyance. This kid was really getting on my nervous.

"No I'm not. I'm just breathing the fresh air" I took a deep breath to make it look like I was actually doing what I said but it was hard because the air smelled so bad I started to cough a little.

Glitch started laughing. "Ya the air isn't that fresh around here shawty"

I rolled my eyes again. He seriously won't stop calling me that.

"Ya no kidding!" I coughed a little more while Glitch was laughing his head off. "It's not funny shorty!"

Glitch slowly started to calm down. Finally! "You're right shawty its not funny"

I rolled my eyes. "Thank you and would you seriously stop calling me that!"

"Nope and it's definitely not at all funny... It's hilarious!!" Glitch started cracking up again. I swear this kid is so freaking annoying.

I rolled my eyes again and turned around so my back was facing him. I continued to look around to find my way home but all I could find were homeless people. I turned around again to Glitch which was now talking to Mo. Well it actually looked like they were arguing about something. I sighed and sat down on the ground looking at the road.

Glitch's POV

I stopped laughing as soon as I heard Mo come out of the subway with our stereo.

"What were ya laughing 'bout little man?"

"Just something I said to shawty" I laughed a little when I thought about what I said. That was funny.

"What ya say to 'er?"

"Something"

"Well whatever ya said to 'er got her upset or something" Mo pointed at Harmony. She was sitting down on the sidewalk looking down at the ground.

"Ya have to be nicer to 'er, G"

I looked at him. "How can I be nice to her when she's being mean to me! You know how I act when people are mean to me"

"I know little man. I've seen ya. Look all I'm saying is for ya to be a little nicer to her. Remember she's new 'ere and she wants to make new friends not enemies"

"Ya I know but that still doesn't change my mind. I'm still going to be mean to her" I crossed my arms.

Mo sighed and looked at the ground. "Whatever G. If ya're not gonna be nice to 'ere, then at least listen to 'er when she tells ya to stop doing things"

"No"

"Jordan!"

I narrowed my eyes at Mo. He knows I don't like to be called by my real name so why does he do that! "I don't have to listen to her Mo and I don't have to be nice to her if I don't want to and don't call me by my real name. You know I don't like it"

Mo sighed and looked at Harmony. "A'ight it's your choice... but I don't wanna hear ya saying that she's being really mean to ya a'ight? Mo looked back me. "And ya know I call ya by ya're first name when I need ya to listen to me"

I roll my eyes at him. "Whatever and I won't come to you saying that she's being mean to me because it's not gonna happen. But anyways can we go home now? I'm really tired and I want cookies"

Mo laughed a little. "A'ight but before we go home, let's take Harmony home" My eyes went wide. Are you freaking kidding me Mo! You really want to put her in the same car as me!

He started walking towards Harmony and I followed behind him, complaining the whole few seconds it took us to get to her.

"Hey Harmony do ya need a ride home?" Mo asked her. Harmony looked up at him with watery eyes.

"Y-yes please"

"A'ight lets go" Harmony stood up and followed Mo to his black Mercedes.

"I call shotgun!" I ran to the car and got in the passenger seat as soon as we got to the car. Harmony got in the back seat that was right behind the passenger seat.

After Mo put the stereo in the trunk, he got in the car and put his seatbelt on. He turned on the radio and we were soon on our way to Harmony's house or more like Rasa and Lima's house.

I looked out the window and saw all the different lights and sighs that were in the downtown. The sidewalks were filled with people and the roads were filled with cars. I guess we won't be home for a while.

I sighed and looked at the side mirror of Mo's car. I could see some of the cars that were behind us and I could also see Harmony. She was sleeping and she was cuddled into a little ball against the door. I smiled at seeing her like that. Aw she's so cute when she's sleeps.
