Chapter 29

Harmony's POV

I slowly start to wake up. My body hurts like crazy and I don't know what happened or how I got here. This isn't my room or at least I don't think it is.

I sit up and instantly regret it. My head started pounding and the world started to spin. I layed down against the bed and my head felt a little better but it still hurt.

I started to look around the room to figure out where I was. The room was really neat except for a couple books and clothes on the floor but it was still clean. I kept looking around until I heard a door open.

I look towards the door and I see Glitch walk out while drying his hair. He looks at me and he smiles. "Hey you're awake"

"Where am I?" I say and look around.

"You're in my room" He says and sits next to me on his bed.

"Why am I-" I start to say but he puts an ice pack on my cheek which makes me wince in pain.

"Sorry this is the only way that I know of that will decrease the swelling" He said, "Here hold it"

I put my hand where the ice pack is. Glitch moves his hand away and looks down at his hands, making the room fill with silence.

"Glitch, why am I in your room?" I say and look at him.

I see his cheeks turn a little shade of red which I find cute. "You got hurt so I brought you here so I could take care of you"

I felt my cheeks heat up a little. He cares. "How did I get hurt?"

He looks at me "You don't remember?" I shake my head slowly which makes him sigh. "You attacked by Tan's robots. You were trying to get escape but one of them hit you really hard on your cheek, thinking that you would pass out but you didn't. So one of them injected you with a drug or serum or something to get you fall asleep and that's when I killed both of the robots and brought you here"

"Oh" I said and look away. I was still confused about what happened and I wished I could remember. "Thank you for saving me"

"No problem" He says and looks at me. I give him a small smile which he returns and looks away once again, letting silence take over.

"Glitch?" I say breaking the silence. He humms in return. "Who were the people that tried to kidnap me?"

He looks at me. "You really don't know what's going on do you?"

"N-no I don't"

"I would've thought Rasa and Lima would've told you by now" He says.

"Well they haven't said anything to me" I said. "What's really going on?"

He sighs, "A few years before you moved here..."
