Chapter Thirty

You sat alone at the diner, waiting for Justin to arrive.

He got their around 4pm, since you had diffrent work hours this day.
He walked in with a big smile on his face, as he opened his arms out to you.

Justin- hey sweetheart..

You- hi..

He gave you a giant hug, before picking you up.
You squealed as he was giving you multiple kisses on your neck.

Justin- I missed you.

You- I missed you too..

You gave him a quick kiss, then patted him on the shoulders.

You- put me down..

He snickered happily, letting you slid off of him.

You held onto his arm, while you walked him to the table you two were gonna sit at.

Justin- how have you been sweetie?

You- I've been okay.. I wasn't feeling so good this morning..

You pushed him in booth, once you got there.

You- but I'm okay now..

You sat down on his lap, and wrapped your arms around his neck.

Justin- you're extra cuddly today..

He rubbed your back gently.

You- sorry..

Justin- no no.. I like it..

You snuggled him for at least five minutes, before you had had your fill of it.

You- you hungry?

Justin- nah nah, I'm not gonna make you cook for me..

You pulled out your cell phone.

You- I was actually thinking pizza..?

Justin- ahh.. that sounds great too..

You laughed, and dialed the number.

Justin- I dunno..

He played with your hair.

You- just sit here..?

Justin- I suppose so..

You both did that. Just sat in silence for a few moments.

You- nothing to say?

He shook his head, smiling like crazy.

Justin- I'm just happy to be with you..

You- I'm happy too.. that you're here that is..

He looked at you strange for a second.

Justin- what does that mean?

You- it's nothing really..

Justin- hey talk to me.. c'mon..

You squeezed your sides a little.

You shrugged.

You- it's just me and Shelby.. that's all..

Justin- what's wrong with you and Shelby?

You- it's not a big deal..

You insisted.

Justin- no, something's up..

You sighed.

You- she just didn't like how I was being like a few weeks back.. and we just haven't really been close since then..

Justin- ahh.. I get you..

You- mhm..

He laid his head on your chest.

Justin- she'll come around..

You- I don't think so.. not this time..

Justin- you guys are best friends.. she may be pissed with you right now, but she wouldn't give that up..

You- you clearly don't know Shelby then..

You got off his lap, and instead just sat next to him.

Justin- I do tho..

You- she's upset at me for something that's not really.. it doesn't affect her..

He scrunched his brows.

Justin- and what would that be..?

You shrugged once more.

Justin- I'm asking..

You- I don't know Justin.. but it's alright.. I wanna have fun with you, not think abour her.

Justin- oh okay.. well, I'll always listen to you.. if you ever wanna talk about anything..

You- thank you Justin..

He kissed your cheek.

Justin- of course..
