It's been a little over two weeks.

You're at Justin's house, cause his family was coming up for the weekend to visit him. And it was your first time meeting them.

Yours and Justin's relationship has been a little rocky since losing the baby.

You were standing in the kitchen, making some supper for his family's arrival.

Justin was in the shower, while you were getting things ready, for having tacos.

It was a highly requested meal.

As you were cutting the tomatoes, Justin came walking out of his bathroom.

Shirtless, with just a towel wrapped around his waist, as he held his clothes in his hands.

He smirked at you, coming closer.

You brought your attention back to the supper making, and continued to chop the tomatoes.

He set his clothes on the counter, and wrapped his strong arms around you, and laid his chin on your shoulder.

Justin- how's it goin?

You- good..

Justin- that's good..

He reached over you, tearing a small piece off of a taco shell.

You- Justin..

You frowned.

He giggled, as he chewed.

Justin- sorry baby..

He then gave your cheek a quick kiss, before letting go of you.

You kept on with your duties, while he took a stand against the counter, and slipped his clothes on.

Justin- it's almost six..

You shut the fridge m, which you had been digging in, and carried a bag of cheese to the counter.

You- yeah?

Your mind was still on the baby. Despite how long it had been. Although it hasn't been super long.

Justin- I kinda think it's funny that they chose now to come here..

You- really?

You tried to engage in the conversation.

Justin- yeah.. cause like, canadain thanksgiving is in like.. a little over a week.. maybe two weeks..

He squinted, looking at the calendar on the fridge.

You- oh..

Justin- you okay?

You- I'm fine..

He just looked at you sadly.

Justin- babe.. you can't let it get you down..

You gave him a strange look.

You- I'm not allowed to be sad?

Justin- you're allowed.. but you act like this every day.. I miss it when you were..

You eyed him down.

Justin- fun.. happy..

You- I lost my baby Justin..

Justin- I know the feeling..

You rolled your eyes a little.

You- you don't even know what it's like.. I was pregnant.. I could feel the baby inside of me.. and now it's just gone.. you didn't have to go through that..

He stuck his lips out a little, clearly frustrated.

Justin- you forget, that it was my baby too..

Your eyes connected, but there was a knock on the door, quickly interrupting the moment.

Justin made his way around you, and to the front door.

Justin- heyy!

You could hear sounds of happiness.

Also the sound of young children laughing, and giggling.

Justin- baby c'mere!

Justin called to you.

You washed your hands off and dried them, before walking into the living room.

You- hi..

You waved to everyone.

Justin- this is my dad.. Jeremy..

Justin winked at you.

Jeremy- nice to meet you.

You- you too..

Justin then turned you a little.

Justin- and my stepmom, Erin..

You- hi Erin..

Erin- hi, it's nice to meet you..

You nodded at her.

Justin- okay, now these little cuties.. c'mere guys..

His little sister shyly walked up to him, with her brother following her.

Justin knelt down to their level.

Justin- alright, this is my little sister Jazmyn and my baby brother Jaxon..

Jaxon quickly crossed his arms.

Jaxon- I'm not a baby..

Justin- right right.. you're a big boy now!

Jaxon nodded, and held up his fingers.

Jaxon- I'm four!

Justin- almost five!

Justin held his hands all the way open, showing the number, and hinting for a high five.

Jaxon just stared at him.

Justin- c'mon, don't leave me hanging..

He finally got his high five, making him smile.

Justin- alright guys, this is my girlfriend y/n..

You smiled at the kids.

Justin pushed them towards you.

Justin- go give her a hug.. stop being so shy..

You pulled them into a warm embrace.

They soon fled, and ran back to their parents.

You stood up straight, and started walking back to the kitchen.

Justin- where you goin?

You- I'm gonna check on supper..

He gave you a pouty face.

Justin- it's fine, I'm sure..

You shrugged, and walked into the kitchen anyway.
