OMG I'm so sorry I've been making one shots in multiple parts, but get ready fore more of the feels in this one. :c

Without hesitation, you immediately pulled out your phone and called 911 after repeatedly calling Hiro's name. The police, firefighters, and ambulance arrived immediately at the scene along with Aunt Cass, Tadashi, and the rest of your friends from SFIT.

It was already the next day, and you were wishing none of this never happened. You wished you hadn't gone with Hiro to the botfight championship. You wished you hadn't seen Hiro run into the fire. You wished you hadn't seen the look on your friends' faces when they found out Hiro was gone.

You decided to go over to the Lucky Cat Cafe to see how Aunt Cass and Tadashi were handling things. They had already planned a funeral for your best friend, which you were not looking forward to at all.

"Hey Aunt Cass," you greeted Hiro's aunt as you walked into the Lucky Cat Cafe, "I-Is everything okay? Just thought I'd stop by to see how you're handling things."

"Yes, I-I guess now it is," Aunt Cass replied, "I'm closing down the shop for a week or two to get all of the stress off of my back. A-Are you okay, (Y/N)? Hiro was your best friend since, s-since---oh my poor nephew!"

Aunt Cass immediately pulled you into a tight hug and sobbed into your shoulder. You patted her back to comfort her.

"I-I don't know how to even think anymore," Aunt Cass told you as she continued to ball her eyes out, "First I lost my sister and my brother-in-law, and now my fourteen-year-old nephew?! Oh, (Y/N) I-I---waahh!"

(A/N: I feel like Hiro and Tadashi's mother was Aunt Cass's sister but it wasn't really confirmed in the movie so it's just a headcannon. In the Korean version of the movie, I think, there was a framed picture of the Hamada parents in one of the scenes and Hiro and Tadashi's mom looked similar to Aunt Cass.)

Aunt Cass continued to cry non-stop into your shoulder.

"Hiro was my best friend," you explained to Hiro's aunt, "It hurts to see him just, j-just go away like that. You're not the only one feeling this way."

"Oh, I know sweetie," Aunt Cass said as she wiped away her tears on her black apron and placed her hand on your shoulder, "Listen (Y/N), I'm glad you came over today. If you need any support from myself or Tadashi, you can come here anytime. We all miss Hiro dearly, sweetie, and it's not going to be easy to move on."

"Thanks Aunt Cass," you replied as you stared down at the floor, "Umm, i-is Tadashi here?"

Aunt Cass sighed.

"Uhh, is he okay?"

"He's upstairs in his room," Aunt Cass told you, "You'll be lucky if you can get him to come out of there."

"Okay," you said as you walked up the stairs and into Tadashi's room.

As soon as you reached the door to the bedroom, you knocked on the door, waiting for Tadashi to let you in.

"Tadashi? Tadashi, it's (Y/N)," you said as you continued to knock on the door, "Can I come in? I'm here to help."

"It's open."

You carefully walked in the bedroom, where it was dark and a little warm. You noticed Hiro's side of the room was surprising clean, since we were always so used to seeing it a mess all of the time. You noticed Tadashi sitting on his bed with his eyes glued to his laptop.

"Hey Tadashi," you greeted the older Hamada as you walked over to his side of the room, "H-How's everything going for you?"

"I don't know. Im just not myself, that's all," Tadashi replied as he closed his laptop and wiped his face with the palm of his hand, "I can't even concentrate on my schoolwork anymore."
